Every year, we have the honor of organizing the end-of-year elementary school fun fair for the students at Rolling Ridge Elementary in Chino Hills, California. We have been their official school fun day planner for the last 15 years because we offer exceptional bang for the budget.

Our Hot Dog Shack features a full condiment bar, offering ketchup, relish, onions, sauerkraut, and mustard, allowing students, staff, and families to customize their hot dogs just the way they like them. Everyone indulged guilt-free in our 100% all-beef hot dogs, complete with grill marks. And for our vegan friends, we also offer delicious vegan dogs. With something for everyone, our Hot Dog Shack was a guaranteed winner at this event.

​The fun food shack is where we serve up all the sweet and salty treats. The fun food shack was placed near the different event entertainments, and this is where students, staff, and their families can stop for a quick bite of some carnival food favorites like cotton candy, popcorn, and shaved ice with a large selection of flavored syrups.

There was a beverage station with cold drinks set up to keep the students, staff and their families hydrated throughout the event.  Our standard picnic beverage station included cold filtered water, lemonade and iced tea.

Picnic Table & Chair Rentals

We provided comfortable picnic seating for the students, staff and their families.  Our picnic seating includes 60-inch round tables, folding chairs, vinyl table covers and large market umbrellas for shade.  The round tables maximize social engagement between the guests because everyone is facing one another at the table.  Our large market umbrellas provide comfortable shade from the sun (no one else in the event industry provides these type of umbrellas).  The vinyl table covers won't blow up or away in the wind and make clean up easy if there's a spill.

Educational Harvest Scavenger Hunt

The Harvest Scavenger Hunt is a 180-foot maze loaded with fun facts for kids to discover as they work their way through with their question cards.

This is our life-size human foosball activity, a favorite for school fun fairs and field days.  Participants are the foosball players moving the ball towards the goal of the opposite team.
