Corporate Holiday Party for 500 People Inside a Crossfit Gym in Chino Hills, Ca

This was a small, intimate corporate holiday party for 500 people that took place inside our client's cross fit gym. We transformed their corporate business space into a company holiday party and incorporated a lot of the brands elements into the overall design during the transformation. 
We're masters at transforming an office, warehouse, or even a CrossFit gym into the ultimate corporate holiday party destination, all while keeping the holiday event budget in check. Hosting your corporate holiday bash right within your own business premises isn't just a smart financial move – it's a strategic advantage. Your employees are already at home with the venue, leading to higher attendance rates and a level of comfort that sets the stage for an unforgettable celebration.

Sweating into the Season: Corporate Holiday Bash at Chino Hills CrossFit Gym​

We've masterfully wielded 8' black pipe and drape to sculpt the venue, artfully concealing any distractions that might steal the spotlight from the exquisite ambiance we're crafting. Think of it as our alchemical tool--pipe and drape erects boundaries, carves out graceful pathways, and transforms a business space into a captivating holiday party venue.

​In response to the client's request for extra room to elevate their party experience, we set up an impressive 80' x 20' tent strategically positioned just beyond the double doors. This ingenious setup seamlessly expanded the indoor holiday celebration, seamlessly merging it with the great outdoors. Within this expanded space, we created a vibrant dance floor, hosted a talented DJ, established a fully stocked bar, and provided an inviting dining area, all harmoniously extending the festivities.
We set up bistro tables with black spandex covers for standing, this gave the guests a place to unwind, have a drink, and socialize in small, intimate space while still being able to see all the holiday party festivities all around them.  The bar, catering, stage shows and dancing were all with an eyes view from these bistro tables.
Our 60-inch round tables provided a larger space for dining, conversation and the holiday party activities to that were going to be played. 
​We curated an electrifying atmosphere with a complete bar serving up all the best libations and a DJ who skillfully blended tunes, honored requests, and shared announcements. Our design included a designated dance floor, where guests could groove to the rhythm, and a captivating photo opportunity area, allowing them to capture unforgettable moments and preserve the memories of a fantastic time at the party.
