This is a corporate picnic with a carnival theme that we did for 1000+ people at El Dorado Park in Long Beach, California. For this event, we used our red & blue carnival striped themed food service tents to match. The client chose a very simple carnival bbq picnic lunch menu with hamburgers & hot dogs.  Carnival Fun FoodsWe had carnival fun food booths set up at this company picnic, there was cotton candy, fresh popcorn, shaved ice with assorted syrup flavors and ice cream novelties. The employees and their families were free to help themselves to the different treats available while the enjoyed the carnival games and other activities. Picnic Field Day Games at El Dorado ParkOur field day games spread includes a mini presentation/announcement stage, prize table with prizes, surround sound, wireless microphone and an experienced game leader with funny, spontaneous attitude to engage the crowd.  Picnic Tables & Chairs with UmbrellasWe set up some fun, carnival colored picnic & table and chair sets with large market umbrellas for shading the employees and their families. Our commerical picnic table & chair sets include a 60-inch round table, large 9' market umbrella, 8 seats, choice of table covering. We use the round tables to increase social dynamics, no one is left out of a conversation at a round table like they could be a long wooden picnic table with tradional bench seating.
