Company Picnic at El Dorado Park in Long Beach, CA for 500+ People

​This company picnic was held at El Dorado Park, Golden Grove located in Long Beach, California.  It took place in the afternoon between 12pm - 4pm with a BBQ style picnic lunch and fun foods served in between the field games and interactive activities.

Mouth-Watering BBQ Picnic Style Lunch

​For lunch our catering department served up some Grilled Tri Tip, BBQ Chicken Breasts, All Beef Hot Dogs, Homemade Chili and there was a condiment bar with all the fixings.

​The menu included our delicious three-bean honey bbq baked beans (vegan), country style potato salad and mixed green salad with choice of dressings. For dessert we had a fresh baked cookie platter.

​Fun Foods

​Our fun food booths kept the guests snacking with snow cones and pop corn.

​Refreshments

​Our refreshing beverage bar included unlimted soda, lemonade, iced tea and water.

​Deluxe Field Games

For this company picnic at El Dorado park, we brought our deluxe field games package which includes over 50+ games (3 hours of continous field games, without a game repeated).  Our company picnic field games package includes a competition zone stage, two prize tables with prizes, safety flagging around the entire perimeter of the field games area and an experienced game leader to engage and entertain the employees and their familes.

Picnic Table Sets with Umbrellas

​Our company picnic table kits provide comfortable outdoor seating for the guests.  The 60-inch round tables are great for social interaction because everyone is facing toward one another.  Our comfortable folding chairs seat 6 people to a table.  Overhead shading is provided by our beautiful market style umbrellas.  There's vinyl table covers to keep the wind from blowing them up and away, not to mention they are super easy for cleaning up spills.

​In addition to the picnic seating, we also had bistro tables throughout to encourage social interaction between the guests at every turn.
