We had the privilege of planning a company picnic for Arconic, held at their business facility parking lot in Carson, California, for approximately 600 attendees, including employees and their families. For this event, we provided all the entertainment and rentals, including large inflatables, competitive sports activities, carnival games, water activities like a dunk tank and giant waterslide, and our deluxe field day games package. We transformed the parking lot into a lively amusement park, packed with delicious food and endless fun for everyone. Carson Company Picnic in a Parking Lot for Arconic Kids Zone: Company Picnic Planning with Exciting Attractions for KidsIn the Kids Zone, we offered a wide range of attractions to ensure that guests of all ages had a great time. For the younger crowd, we had the Rocky Island bouncer for kids aged 2-8 years old, along with a row of traditional carnival booths offering fun prizes for kids and families. For the bigger kids and adults, larger attractions like the Rocky Island Obstacle Course and the towering 30' Climbing Wall provided plenty of excitement. No matter the age, there was something for everyone at this event, ensuring fun for all, from the smallest to the biggest participants. Our Deluxe Field Games package was a hit, bringing employees and their families together for some high-energy fun. Positioned near the Field Games Zone, the Sports Zone created a high-energy, team-building atmosphere, bringing all the action together in one dynamic location. Adult Fun Zone: Passive Games & Activities for Adults at Company PicnicsThe Adult Fun Zone at the Arconic company picnic offered a more laid-back yet competitive atmosphere, perfect for guests looking to enjoy some casual fun. Featuring classic, passive games like Jumbo Jenga, Cornhole, and other crowd favorites, this zone provided an ideal space for adults to relax, challenge colleagues, and socialize. Whether aiming for the perfect Jenga stack or a cornhole toss, the Adult Fun Zone was a hit for those seeking friendly competition and good times in a laid-back setting.
