We had the honor and privilege of being the company picnic planner for this large corporate carnival picnic at the Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson California for 600+ people. There was corporate carnival activities, games, attractions, catering, carnival fun foods, and event rentals like tables, chairs, tents, surround sound, presentation stage, balloon entry arches and so much more! Dignity Health Sports Park Company PicnicsThe Dignity Health Sports Park is located at 18400 Avalon Blvd. in Carson, California. Besides being home to the Los Angeles Galaxy, this event venue has a variety of spaces for corporate events, company picnics, and staff outings in the Southeast Plaza, Main Concourse Plaza and Training Fields. Company Picnic Photo Booth & PropsA photo booth was set up so that the employees could take pictures with props. Photo booths are a great way to give the employees a tangible memory to take home with them from the event. We have a deluxe company picnic field game package with over 50+ games, custom competition zone stage, safety flagging, a professional (and might we add handsome and funny) game leader and then there's the millions of dollars in prizes (okay, that's an exaggeration) but we do include two prize tables with prizes and memories that last a lifetime! Our company picnic table set up comes with 60-inch round tables, comfortable folding chairs, table covers and a large 9-ft market umbrella for shade. We arrange our company picnic tables in a way that promotes social interaction and allows guests to see all the activities around them. Outdoor Misting Fans for Summer PicnicsWe believe in keeping the guests cool and comfortable, especially at summer company picnics. Nothing ruins company picnic memories more than horrible heat. When there's no relief from the heat, people will remember the company picnic as a bad experience. So, in addition to the large 9-foot market umbrellas over the tables for shade and the large high peak tents, we also provided these water misting fans throughout the company picnic to blow cool air at the guests. Welcome Balloon Archway for Company PicnicA welcome balloon arch in the AEG corporate colors to greet the employees & their families and show them the way to the check-in station for the company picnic. Stage for Presentations & AnnoucementsThis is a large carpeted presentation stage with a black skirt wrap around it. It has a custom backdrop "AEG Worldwide" logo backdrop that was made for the client. The stage has surround sound and a microphone for their company speakers and announcements. Company Picnic Catering Carson CaliforniaThe company picnic catering was set up buffet style, the employees and their families helped themselves to the hamburgers, hot dogs, sides, salads and desserts. Company Picnic Carnival Fun FoodsWhat corporate carnival would be complete without carnival fun foods? There was churros, snow cones, ice cream novelties and popcorn being served in the different fun food booths throughout the event.
