We produced a carnival-themed summer company picnic for AEG at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, with more than 600 guests in attendance—a mix of all ages from young to old. It had a nostalgic carnival midway feel, with old wooden carnival booths and games, hanging prizes, fun carnival foods, and colorful inflatables, and still kept the company picnic spirit with our team-building field games, full catering spread, table games, yard games, and sports activities all working together for AEG employees and their families.

With the event taking place in the summer, keeping people cool and comfortable was part of the all-inclusive package, with plenty of seating, shade, misting fans, and cold beverage stations available throughout the day, along with a full stage and surround sound for announcements and presentations. From the moment guests walked through the balloon entry, it felt like stepping into an immersive carnival with something happening for every age.

Because you never get a second chance to make a first impression, as guests arrived at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, they were greeted with a warm welcome at the entrance. A blue and white balloon arch branded with the letters AEG matched their corporate colors and set the tone right from the start.

We are a ONE STOP SHOP for all company picnic needs and we have tables, chairs, tents and other rentals to make any company picnic a comfortable one.  Our company picnic table set up comes with 60-inch round tables, comfortable folding chairs, table covers and a large 9-ft market umbrella for shade.  We arrange our company picnic tables in a way that promotes social interaction and allows guests to see all the activities around them.

Outdoor Misting Fans for Summer Picnics

We believe in keeping the guests cool and comfortable, especially at summer company picnics.  Nothing ruins company picnic memories more than horrible heat.  When there's no relief from the heat, people will remember the company picnic as a bad experience. So, in addition to the large 9-foot market umbrellas over the tables for shade and the large high peak tents, we also provided these water misting fans throughout the company picnic to blow cool air at the guests.  After 35+ years as a company picnic planner in Los Angeles, we think about the little details that other event planners don't.  

Stage for Presentations & Annoucements

This is a large carpeted presentation stage with a black skirt wrap around it.  It has a custom backdrop "AEG Worldwide" logo backdrop that was made for the client.  The stage has surround sound and a microphone for their company speakers and announcements.

Company Picnic Carnival Fun Foods

What corporate carnival would be complete without carnival fun foods?  There was churros, snow cones, ice cream novelties and popcorn being served in the different fun food booths throughout the event.
