This was a 3 day community event for the Ontario Convention & Visitors Bureau that ran from Friday through Sunday. The event was called the Route 66 Cruisin Reunion and it took place on Euclid Avenue in Downtown Ontario, California. At the event we had some of our most popular event entertainment, rides, inflatables and carnival games.
All the entertainment that we provided for this community event was for pay-per-play use. Our client wanted to use this community event as a way to fundraise. We've been helping communities and non-profits with fundraising events for over 35+ years and we've already got a ticket system in place to make it easy to bring their vision for the fundraising event to fruiation. We provided a ticket booth and tickets to purchase in order to play the games and ride the rides.
The Route 66 Cruisin Reunion is more than just a carnival and rides, it also features food vendor tents, 100's of classic cars and it's been running since 2013. It's a family-friendly community event that attracts a lot of people in Ontario and surrounding cities like Upland, Claremont, Rancho Cucamonga and Chino.
Carnival Booths, Games & Plush Prizes
Our traditional wooden carnival booths included 1-2 games per booth, with large & small plush prizes. The Carnival games were also on a pay-per-play basis, tickets were purchased in advanced in the ticket booth and used for the carnival games as well as the different rides & attractions we provided.
Event Ride Rentals, Ontario California
We already have a ticket system in place for our rides when a client wants to use them for fundraising purposes. Each ride has a ticket amount and tickets are purchased at the ticket booth prior to standing in line for the rides.
Event Inflatable Rentals, Ontario California
We brought a variety of different inflatables to meet the age ranges of the guests that were to be in attendance at this event. There were bounce houses, playcenter combos and larger obstacle courses and inflatable slides, too.
Picnic Table & Chair Sets with Umbrellas
We set up some picnic tables with umbrellas for shade. Our commercial picnic table sets seat 8 people each and include a 60-inch round table, 8 chairs, large 9-ft market umbrellas and vinyl, outdoor table linens. We arranged the seating in such a way that maximized the event flow, from the picnic tables you could see all the different entertainment at the event. The seating is the centerpiece of the event creating a socially-comfortable atmosphere where people feel immersed in the event even while their seated.
