We provided delicious, gourmet event catering services for 360 people onsite at their company facility in El Cajon, California.  Our buffet style service includes all the tables, linens, utinsels and banquet equipment.

• Baked Potato & Cheese Casserole
• Mac & Cheese

We prepared all the food fresh onsite and it was served hot til the last place was dished out.

The entire event took place inside a 40' x x 60' tent.   The 60-inch round tables and white folding chairs provided comfortable seating for the guests to enjoy their Christmas meal.  Round tables provide ample arm room and facilitate social interaction by facing all the guests towards one another.
