The Welcome Zone is the first area most guests will encounter at the event. With over 40 years in event planning, we’ve refined the process to create an organized and efficient entry experience. Our 10x10 custom-designed tents are placed in highly visible locations to serve as hubs for registration and navigation. Clear signage and thoughtful layouts help guests move smoothly into the event, ensuring a stress-free start. Optional features include balloon arches, inflatable entrances, lawn letters, truss setups, and custom signage to make the entry area visually engaging and easy to find. The Welcome Zone is designed to set the tone for the rest of the event.

The welcome zone is for any event. When planning a company picnic, health fair, holiday party or other corporate event,  strategically use registration/welcome booths in custom-wrapped 10 x 10 tents to create a centralized point for guests to check in and receive event information. These booths are strategically placed at the park entrance or near the venue's parking area to ensure maximum visibility. The booths serve as a hub for distributing name tags, event schedules, and any other relevant materials.

To guide guests from the parking lot to the event space, we use various signs throughout the park. Directional signs strategically placed along pathways and at key intersections provide clear instructions on how to reach the designated event area. These signs include the company logo, event name, and arrows pointing in the right direction, ensuring guests can easily navigate through the park.

Visual Cues

Additionally, flagging can used as a visual cue to capture attention and highlight specific routes. Vibrant flags and or signs and banners act as navigational markers, guiding guests along the designated pathways and reinforcing that they're headed in the right direction. These flags serve a functional purpose and contribute to the overall aesthetic of the event.
