We had the pleasure of providing our health fair event planning services for the Orange County March of Dimes at the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, CA. The vendor tents, tables, signs, audio visual services, inflatables and large presentation stage was all produced by us at this event with 10,000 people in attendance. March of Dimes Entry SignThe trussing systems for the welcome entry sign was provided and rigged up by our event experts.  Presentation Stage & ScaffoldingThe stage and trussing systems for the backdrop and signs complimented the scene beautifully. The sound, speakers and LED screens provided the perfect clarity and picture for the community event presentations and announcements.  Tent Rentals for the EventWe provided tents for the vendor booths and welcome area of this event. The high peaks and graceful curves of these tensioned tents added to the prestige of this community health fair event.  Outdoor Event SeatingThe outdoor seating was on point with our matching purple and white table cloths. The round tables and umbrellas provided ample seating and shade for the guests throughout the entire community event.  Inflatables for the KidsWe brought a good mix of inflatables to meet the different age demographics of the children at the event. There was a bouncer, a double bay slide and obstacle course.
