Winter Wonderland Themed Corporate Holiday party in Carlsbad for 160+ People

​We helped with the planning and coordination of this winter wonderland corporate holiday party in Carlsbad, California, with a guest list of 160+ people. The event unfolded within a spacious 40' x 20' pristine white tent, carefully and thoughtfully decorated with different lighting effects to achieve the exact aesthetic and ambiance envisioned by the client. 

An Enchanting Winter Wonderland Theme

​This visually striking Winter Wonderland entrance immediately sets the tone for the event, leaving attendees excited and intrigued from the moment they arrive. Adorned with pristine white linens, illuminated trees casting their enchanting glow, and subtle candle motifs, the entrance was reminiscent of a fairytale. As guests stepped into the tent, they were enveloped in an atmosphere that bestowed upon them a sense of regality and wonder.

Corporate Holiday Party Lighting & Decor

The lighting for this corporate holiday party was on point! ​By strategically using uplights, spotlights and gobos, we curated an atmosphere of refined ambience inside the tent and skillfully integrated decorative elements such as illuminated trees, enchanting candlelight motifs, elegant seating and beautifully crafted floral arrangements.

Corporate Holiday PArty Entertainment

As part of the entertainment, there was a professional DJ accommodating song requests. We provided comprehensive audio support, including state-of-the-art surround sound speakers and a wireless microphone for seamless announcements. The meticulous placement of these speakers ensured an impeccably balanced auditory experience within the tent.

In terms of visual equipment, LED TVs were strategically mounted, displaying a captivating stream of employee photographs.

Dining Tables, Chairs & Linens

We opted for round dining tables, thoughtfully designed to accommodate four guests in a relaxed manner. The dining chairs, featuring silver frames and plush white cushioned seats, added a touch of sophistication. To harmonize with the enchanting winter wonderland theme, each table was covered with an exquisite silver linen tablecloth.  

Our choice of round tables served not only to foster face-to-face interaction and conviviality among guests but also to facilitate seamless movement within the tent, preserving an open and inviting atmosphere.

​The only regret we have with this corporate holiday party that we did here in Carlsbad, California is that we didn't get more pictures on our end.  The winter wonderland holiday party was a total success, the employees and their guests throughly enjoyed their night of fun, food and festivities under the twinkling lights and glow of the beautiful tent.
