Fall Harvest Festival for 1,500 People in Exclusive Housing Community in Las Vegas, NV

We have the pleasure of providing all the event planning services and rentals for this large community fall harvest festival every year in Las Vegas, Nevada. This event is open to the entire community and typically draws a crowd of over 1,500 attendees, a mix of both adults and children as it is a family-friendly community.

An Autumn Delight: Fall Festival Event Planning in Las Vegas, NV

• Pumpkin Patch: A place where you can pick your own pumpkins for carving or decorating at our activity station we set up.
• ​Hay Bayles: To immerse everyone in the fall theme, we placed hay bales out for everyone to sit down and watch the different stage shows and activities around them.
• Food and Drinks: We provided all the food and beverage tents because the community had a variety of food vendors serving fall-themed treats like apple cider, caramel apples, pumpkin pie, and more.
• Giveaways: The stage that we set up was for the giveaways that the community was doing. They had HUGE raffle prizes for this event because all the money was being donated to a local charity.  See that blue car there? That was a large raffle prize at this event.  
• Craft Vendors: We provided all the 10 x 10 and 20 x 20 booths for the people selling handmade crafts, jewelry, and other unique items.
• Field Day Games: We set up our famous field day game spread with a competition zone for kids and adults, to join in the fall-themed activities, such as sack races, 3-legged races, mini pumpkin toss, and more.
• Face Painting: What fall festival would be complete without a face painter to turn the children into scarecrows, or witches? This popular activity for children was set up in our face-painting activity tent so that everyone knew where to go.
• Arts & Crafts Station: For this fall event, we went with the theme and set up a pumpkin decorating area for the families to bring the pumpkins they purchased over at the pumpkin patch to the activity area and decorate them.  We also had a coloring area and a coloring contest where we displayed the different artwork from the children at the community event. 
• Bingo Station: We set up a bingo station where participants could come in and play bingo for charity and win prizes.  
• Costume Parade & Contest: All the attendee's children were encouraged to dress up for the costume parade and contest. All the children walked through the event to the different community group booths that were set up to get goodie bags and candy.  This was a chance for these businesses and groups to share information with their parents who were walking them around as well as give the kids a chance to show off their costumes.
• Scenic Displays: We set up lots of decorative displays of fall foliage, scarecrows, and other autumn decor to immerse the guests in the harvest fall theme.
• Local Community Groups: We set up booths for local organizations, schools, and businesses to engage with the community and give out candy and goodie bags to the children.

Interactive Entertainment

This was a family-friendly fall festival, so we made sure to include a diverse range of interactive attractions that appealed to all ages.  The mini obstacle course was for smaller children while the bigger rides were attractive to the older kids, teenagers and adults at the event.
