Why a Western-themed corporate team building event?

​Well, partner, there's nothin' like the allure of the Wild West to bring out the adventurous spirit in folks. Think about it, who wouldn't want to channel their inner cowboy or cowgirl and live out their frontier fantasies? 

For this event we had a total of 200 employees so we broke them up into 10 teams of 20 people each.  This allowed them to move through the activities in about an hour an a half and then we had an awards presentation for the last 30 minutes of this 2-hour corporate team building event.

• Mechanical Bull

Watching colleagues take on the bull can be just as entertaining as riding it. Coworkers can cheer each other on, offer advice, and provide moral support, reinforcing the idea of working together as a team.

• Ring the Bull 

The Ring the Bull game requires skill and precision to successfully hook the ring onto the bull's horn. This element of skill can promote healthy competition among team members as they strive to improve their accuracy.

• Cow Milking Contest

For many participants, milking a cow may be a completely new skill. Learning something together can be a bonding experience, and it highlights the importance of adaptability and continuous learning in a team setting.

• Line Dancing

Line dancing requires participants to coordinate their movements with those of their teammates. This can improve overall coordination skills, which can be beneficial in various workplace tasks and projects.

In addition to the all the entertainment we also provided the audio support for this event which included a surround sound speaker system, country-music mix, and wireless microphone for the game leader.
