This is promotional corporate event we produced for a local gym in Corona, California, their objective was to attract local people to their gym parking lot for some intense, interactive activities and to learn more about their gym memberships and promos.  All the tables, chairs, rents, sound support, rentals, rides & inflatables were used to create an exciting, stimulating, fitness atmosphere in the parking lot of the gym.

Gym marketing events to attract new customers need to be held on the weekends, preferrably Saturday because you're more likely to the eyes of more people who are looking for something to do.  Monday through Friday most corporate people are headed to work, this means even if they see a big 30-foot rock wall they want to climb, most likely, they're going to do the responsible thing and head to work. 

Promotional events to increase sales for gyms should happen on a Saturday, and if you've got the budget, connections, hookups - both days on the weekend!  After churchgoers will be out and about and you can attract more clientele passing by with their kids who will be drawn to the big shiny inflatables.

We included our 30-foot rock wall for an intense cardio climb, a large, inflatable obstacle course to challenge the adults and kids, a bouncer and slide playcenter combo for the smaller kids to get their conditioning in.  The mechanical bull ride was for the thrill seekers that want to increase stamina!  We kept the entertainment focused on things that a gym goer of this level would find enjoyable.
