We planned a full-throttle Super Hero-themed company picnic for the Living Spaces summer event at Big League Dreams in West Covina. Every year, we’ve had the privilege of producing their annual event at this dynamic venue, transforming their chosen theme into an immersive experience. For the superhero picnic, we strategically zoned all rides, attractions, and  team building activities to match the theme. Our team handled everything--food, fun, and all the equipment—creating an unforgettable experience for 2,500 employees and their families.

​​This large company picnic for approx 2,500 people was zoned according to Super Hero themes.  There's also a large High Roller Casino area for the adults to enjoy.  We own one of the largest event inventories in Southern California which allows us to give more "BANG" for the company's budget.

At our Aquaman Water Park, the fun was as powerful as a superhero’s splash! Guests slid into adventure on the Surf City Water Slide, conquering waves just like Aquaman himself. The Pirate Ship Playcenter sent everyone on a thrilling high-seas quest, while the Tropical Wave Water Slide provided an exciting ride through paradise. Water fights heated up with Water Tag, turning up the action for our superhero company picnic. It was a splash-filled day of fun and excitement that kept everyone cool and smiling during this June company picnic in Southern California!

The Batman Bat Cave Zone is the perfect escape for those seeking a quieter, more laid-back experience at the superhero company picnic. Designed for the mature crowd, this area offers a relaxing space with adult picnic activities like pool tables, air hockey, and ping pong. For a friendly competition, guests can enjoy Foosball, Jumbo Jenga, Corn Hole and a variety of classic games like Skeeball, Ring Toss, and Tic Tac Toe. Whether you're aiming for a hole-in-one at the Golf Challenge or battling it out in the Giant Corn Hole Inflatable Game, the Bat Cave provides the ideal atmosphere for socializing without the high-energy buzz of the larger attractions.

​Step Into the Captain America Zone: Ultimate Sports Challenges for Heroes of All Ages!

​Captain America Zone was where the heroes of the day came to compete and showcase their strength! Guests tested their skills with thrilling sports challenges like the Dual Quarterback Challenge , Batters Up Baseball, and Home Run Derby, bringing the action of America’s favorite pastimes to life. Bungee Dragster cranked up the adrenaline, while the Soccer Kick and Dual Hoop Shot  let visitors show off their athletic prowess in a fun, competitive setting.

For a mix of everything, the 3-in-1 Sports Trio combined soccer, baseball, and football in one epic setup, and Hockey Slap Shot was perfect for those who wanted to channel their inner Captain America with a high-speed challenge. Skeeball and the Giant Dart Game (Bulls Eye) kept the competition going, while the Circus Bouncer (Carousel) offered a lighthearted break. Lastly, the Reaction Attraction put participants’ quick thinking and reflexes to the test, ensuring there was never a dull moment in this action-packed zone!

​Super Hero Village was packed with action, offering something for everyone at the superhero company picnic. Kids and adults alike could test their limits on the Rock Wall or take on the challenge of the Wild One Roller Coaster Obstacle Course, where speed and agility were put to the test. For those seeking thrills, the Mechanical Bull gave riders the chance to hold on tight, while the Battle Tanks Arena allowed guests to engage in epic water battles. The Sports Bouncer added an extra layer of excitement, offering a fun, inflatable way to burn off energy.

​Over at the Princess Playcenter, little ones were treated to a magical adventure, while Rocky Island  brought out the explorer in everyone. Want more? The Tiki Double Bay Slide and Robo Surfer brought the excitement of water and action together in one spot. For those looking to push their limits, the Lagoon of Doom Log Roll offered the ultimate balancing challenge, and Axe Throw was perfect for testing precision and strength.

But the fun didn’t stop there— Jurassic Playcenter took visitors on a wild ride through prehistoric times, while the Zorb Ball Track added a little extra bounce to the action. The Inflatable Arena and Wrecking Ball Timberland were favorites for those seeking high-energy competition, and Hungry Hippos and The Safari Challenge added a mix of humor and skill. For the daredevils, the Large Zipline offered an aerial view of the action below.
