​For this corporate picnic, our client wanted our catering team to come up with a traditional Mexican food menu that would satisfy a wide range of palates. Our Mexican cuisine offers a diverse range of flavors and textures and with the rice, beans, carnitas, pollo asada and fresh corn tortillas, it was a well-rounded menu that includes savory proteins, hearty sides, and warm tortillas that could be customized to the attendees individual preferences.
