We provided the shaded outdoor seating and entertainment for this company picnic at Woodley Park in Van Nuys for 400 employees. We had outdoor games, interactive challenges, bingo and lots of adult activities that kept the crowd engaged and entertained.  Shaded Outdoor SeatingOur table kits include a large umbrella for comfortable, shaded seating. The round table makes for easy conversation and engagement amoungst guests. Our vinyl table covers are water and wind resistant, perfect for company picnics in the park.  The venue for this company picnic was at Woodley Park in Van Nuys, California. The section of the park that they reserved allowed for us to place all the different event entertainment around the event seating area. Activity Competition StationsEach competition station had an interactive challenge to compete in, these stations surrounded the picnic area with the guest seating and luncheon area in the center. This provided maximum visibility of all the attractions and good social dynamic flow for the guests.  Company Picnic Entertainment For AdultsThe company picnic activities at this event were all geared towards adults. The activities were designed to encourage team building and dynamic social engagement amongst the employees. Xtreme Competition ZoneOur extreme competition zone set up includes different field games and activities that encourage social interaction and engagement.
