We produced this exciting company picnic at San Dimas, California's Horsethief Canyon Park, bringing together 250 attendees, including employees and their families. Our comprehensive corporate picnic package featured an affordable catering package, a deluxe spread of field day games, a thrilling MEGA Bingo stage show, and a delightful inflatable playcenter with a skilled balloon twister to keep the kids entertained. Balancing the diverse age groups of our attendees, we ensured our entertainment and cuisine offerings were both crowd-pleasing and budget-friendly, aligning perfectly with our client's vision for their corporate picnic. Budget-Friendly Corporate Picnic CateringFor this company picnic, our client chose to go with our economy bbq picnic package, complete with a full beverage bar. The budget-friendly package includes choice of angus burgers, all-beef hot dogs and two different side options from our corporate picnic catering menu.
Our cold beverage bar featured a delightful selection, including sweet tea, horchata, raspberry lemonade, orange Tang, and refreshing cold filtered water. The beverage bar package comprises a customized 10 x 10 tent with matching table cover and a dedicated server to ensure top-notch service.  Company Picnic Field Day GamesOur company picnic field day games include our custom competition zone stage, sign, prize tables, experienced game leader and 50+ games to play. For this company picnic, our field day games package was set up out on the grass area of Horsethief Canyon Park. While grass is an ideal surface type for field day games, we can set up this package on any ground type and adjust the games accordingly.
