This is a fall festival charity event, free to the community, for an upscale housing community in Las Vegas, Nevada. There's games, raffles, a costume contest, field games, vendor booth trick or treating, food, drinks and a whole lot of fun and entertainment for the whole family. All the money they raised from this event went to a local charity in Las Vegas.  Fall Festival for Southern Highlands Community Las Vegas Nevada This community event was for a master-planned residential area known for its upscale living, amenities, and scenic surroundings. There were a lot of families in attendance at this fall event, there was plenty of food and entertainment to go around for all ages. Field Day Games FOr Large GroupsThis is a rather large community so we brought a large spread for the field games area with over 50+ games, two prize tables with prizes, a presentation stage with custom competition zone wrap and surround sound speakers and a wireless for the game leader. Our experienced game leaders come ready to engage and entertain the guests. Fall Festival Pumpkin PatchWe set a pumpkin patch where families can pick their own pumpkins. We provided stations for pumpkin decorating with paints, markers, and other craft supplies. Community Costume ContestThere was a fall festival costume contest for kids, it was a fantastic way to engage the young participants and create a fun and festive atmosphere.  Dang, some of those kids are scary, huh? Community Bingo GameWe hosted a community bingo game to bring people together in a fun and casual setting, encouraging socialization and helping community members get to know each other better.  Event Rentals: Tables, Chairs, TentsOur tents rentals for this community event provided shelter, shade, and a designated space for various food service and activities. For this event we assessed the venue size and number of attendees and made a seating plan and arranged the tents in a way that everything had a great flow at the event. There were directional signs and custom wraps on many of the tents to direct the guests where to go for food, rides and other activities. Rides & AttractionsThis community fall festival featured a variety of rides and attractions that were specifically tailored to the autumn theme and the interests of attendees.
