We provided full service fall festival event planning for HOA communities in Las Vegas for this 2015 charity turnout in the Southern Highlands neighborhood. To make sure the park layout didn't get jammed up, our crew managed the whole setup, bringing out over 50 field games, a presentation stage with surround sound, tent rentals with custom directional wraps, a community bingo station, and a pumpkin patch for the families. Everything from the costume contest to the vendor booths was run by our in-house staff to ensure a smooth day that raised money for a local Las Vegas charity. Going All In with Field Games for this Large CommunityWhen it comes to HOA Fall Festival community event planning for Southern Highlands in Las Vegas, you have to think big to entertain a neighborhood of this size. That is why we skipped the standard backyard setup and brought a massive spread to the field games area this year. We packed the park with over 50 interactive games, set up two dedicated prize tables, and rolled out a full presentation stage complete with a custom competition zone wrap, surround sound speakers, and a wireless mic setup. Our experienced game leaders came ready to completely engage the crowd, making sure the energy stayed high from the very first whistle to the final prize giveaway. Rides & AttractionsThe Titanic Slide You could spot this one from across the entire park. It’s a massive, detailed replica of a sinking ship where kids and parents got to climb up and slide straight down the steep deck. Timberland Wrecking Ball This was the ultimate test of balance for the older kids and adults. Four players at a time stood on their own pedestals in a giant inflatable arena, ducking and dodging a massive padded ball swinging from the center trying to knock them off. City Hall Bouncer To match the cowboy theme, we brought in this bounce house styled like an Old West jail and city hall building. It added a great frontier touch to the field and gave the kids a fun, imaginative space to jump around in. Cody the Cowboy Bouncer We wanted a classic autumn look for the younger kids, and this giant Western-themed bounce house nailed it. Complete with a huge inflatable cowboy riding a horse right on top, it kept a steady stream of toddlers jumping all afternoon. Alligator Crawl-Thru Playcenter Built specifically for little explorers, this long, bright green alligator obstacle course let the smaller kids crawl, climb, and slide through its belly in a safe, enclosed setup away from the bigger games. Gravity Sports Arena This setup brought high-energy carnival vibes to the grass. Players stood at the inflatable stations trying to pluck floating balls right out of mid-air cones using active air streams, or trying to navigate a tricky vertical Plinko-style peg maze. The Western Shootout Right next to the main field games, this custom inflatable shooting gallery gave everyone a chance to test their aim. It was a quick-moving, arcade-style challenge that kept a fun competitive spirit going all day. Four-Sided Mountain Climb This massive green inflatable climbing mountain was a serious test of strength and agility. With climbing routes on all four sides, it allowed multiple kids to race to the summit at the exact same time, creating an awesome competitive centerpiece right in the middle of the field. 30' Mobile Rock Climbing Wall For the ultimate adrenaline rush, we brought in a massive 30-foot vertical rock climbing wall right onto the grass. Complete with professional auto-belay safety harnesses, it challenged climbers of all skill levels to find their footing and scale their way straight to the peak. Pick and Paint for Prizes in the Pumpkin PatchOur fall festival activities included a real pumpkin patch right on the grass where families could pick out their own perfect pumpkins. Right next to the patch, we created custom decorating stations fully stocked with paints, markers, and craft supplies. Once the families finished customizing their designs, everyone lined up to vote on the best pumpkins for a chance to win prizes. Best Dressed in the Desert Community Costume ContestEveryone went all out for the kids costume contest this year. The field was packed with children showing off creative outfits, from scary monsters to classic superheroes. Having the kids line up on the grass with the crowd cheering them on really brought the whole community together. The High-Stakes Mega Bingo ShowdownInside the main tent, we rolled out our exclusive Mega Bingo game. This isn't your standard neighborhood game—we built this concept from scratch to look like Bingo on steroids. We brought a massive, colorful backdrop, full table setups, and an energetic comedic host to run the show. The crowd went completely wild competing for huge prizes and ultimate neighborhood bragging rights, making it the perfect spot for everyone to sit down, laugh, and get to know each other. Vendor Tents, Stages, Full Service Planning & SetupBecause this is Las Vegas, even a fall festival requires a massive amount of shade. We lined the entire field with rows of high-peak tents to cover every part of the event, including dedicated sections for local vendors and corporate sponsors, alongside the huge covered pavilions for activities like Mega Bingo. Every single piece of equipment on the field came straight from our own internal inventory without any outside outsourcing. We set up all of the commercial tents, hundreds of tables and chairs, the main presentation sound stages, the custom wrapped prize zones, and the decorative fall hay bales. We also ran full multi-point sound systems across the entire park footprint to handle live announcements from the stage leaders and keep music playing across the vendor rows. Community Event Planning and Fall Festival Solutions for Las VegasPlanning a fall festival for a massive, upscale housing community in Las Vegas is a major undertaking. We are the best community event planning company to call when an HOA has an event of this size to organize. With over 40 years of experience, we know how to run a fall festival that matches the standards of a high-end neighborhood.
Because we own our entire inventory of tents, stages, and attractions, we don’t rely on outside rental companies for our Las Vegas community event planning. This keeps third-party markups off your bill so you get the absolute best bang for your budget. We are also entirely employee-owned and operated. The people building the stages and managing the field are owners of the company, so we take the planning seriously and make sure every detail turns out exactly right. Comments are closed.
