This is a corporate holiday party for 100 adults that we did for a car sales company in Tustin, California. We transformed their place of business, which in this case was a car sales floor, and turned it into their Christmas party venue complete with catering, a dining area, and a stage for entertainment and announcements.  Tustin Tidings: Crafting Corporate Holiday MagicUsing pipe & drape, lighting, decor, and furniture we took what was an ordinary workplace and created a beautiful space for their corporate holiday party. Additionally, we supplied all the audio and visual event rentals necessary to elevate the stage show to the next level. The stage area featured an elegant black pipe and drape backdrop, serving as a pristine canvas to showcase our exquisite custom lighting design. To elevate the karaoke sessions, we offered a range of props and dress-up accessories, adding a delightful twist for both performers and spectators. Our audio support encompassed top-notch karaoke equipment, immersive surround sound, and professional-grade microphones. Holiday Elegance: Festive Tables and Seating For the holiday dinner party dining tables, we set up 60-inch round tables with decorative Christmas colored linens and centerpieces. Each table sat 8 people comfortably. The round tables allowed for a better flow through the room and better conversation. To ensure Santa Claus felt truly honored at our Christmas party, we reserved a majestic throne just for him so that the employees and their families could take pictures.
