This was a corporate event for 200 people at a construction company in Victorville, California. The corporate meeting took place beneath an expansive, white canopy, adorned with tables, chairs, and table linens meticulously selected to align with our company's branding colors. A well-equipped presentation stage, complete with LCD monitors and enveloping surround sound, served as the focal point for announcements and presentations. One tent served as the primary meeting space, while another served as a presentation area, showcasing a collection of items from the company's history and future endeavors. Additionally, we established a registration tent where attendees could check in, receive their event itinerary, and collect their goodie bags. Main Corporate Meeting AreaEach 60-inch round table provided comfortable seating for six individuals. We covered each table with elegant linens in either black or navy hues. The focal point of the area was the stage, accentuated by an 8-foot black pipe and drape backdrop. To ensure optimal visibility for the entire audience, we utilized truss systems to support LCD monitors. The presenter delivered their message from a sleek plexiglass podium equipped with a microphone, with two 6-foot tables positioned behind them to accommodate presentation materials. The primary meeting space was equipped with surround sound speakers, ensuring a seamless and perfectly balanced audio experience for their presentation. Rentals for the Main Meeting Area:
