Entertainment was divided into Event zones, including interactive activities, a kids' zone, deluxe field games, sports challenges, and adult-focused games. We provided high-quality seating with ample shade, strategic sound distribution for announcements, and a wide variety of rentals to enhance the experience. While Knott's Berry Farm does provide some picnic seating, given the size of our event, we required additional seating placed strategically at the heart of the festivities, not just clustered around the food service area. We always ensure that seating is strategically positioned so attendees feel fully engaged with the event rather than isolated near the food. 

Our picnic seating are lightyears above industry standard, offering the most comfortable and shaded table and chair setups available. Each of our 60-inch round tables comfortably seats 6-8 people, fostering social interaction among guests. Our oversized 9-foot market umbrellas provide ample shade, completely covering each table to shield guests from the sun. We offer a variety of table covers, in this case, the client want something colorful. Our tables are heavy-duty, commercial-grade wood, ensuring stability and preventing any wobbling or shifting out on the grass area.
