This fun-filled company picnic for 600 people took place on the large grass picnic area at the Westfield Mall shopping center in Century City, Los Angeles. We provided food & beverage service, tables, chairs, colorful linens and a huge spread of entertainment that appealed to all ages. ​This corporate event welcomed both adults and children, it was a family-friendly company picnic outdoors on the grass.

In Los Angeles, there are several Westfield shopping centers, this company picnic took place at the Century City location. ​The Westfield Century City is a two-level, 1,300,000-square-foot outdoor shopping mall in the Century City commercial district in Los Angeles, California. It boasts a large, grassy corporate meeting area which is where this company picnic was held.

We set up the field day games competition area on the outskirst of the grass area so that the guests sitting at the tables could still be in the middle of the excitement.

Our commercial picnic table sets include 60-inch round table, 8 comfortable, padded chairs and a large market umbrella for shade.  Because this staff picnic took place in August, we knew the umbrellas would come in handy.   For the company presentation and awards, we had an additional 5 rows of padded chairs out on the lawn area.

​The staff picnic began at 11am and concluded at 4pm on a Sunday, with our catering team serving lunch beneath 10 x 10 tents conveniently positioned near the picnic tables, ensuring a brief stroll from the meal to the dining area.
