We had the privilege of planning a company picnic at Mile Square Regional Park in Fountain Valley for 300 people. We provided all the food and beverage services as well as event entertainment for the employees of First Choice Bank and their families. For this company picnic the client wanted our economy picnic catering package, it consists of angus burgers and all-beef hot dogs with a deluxe condiment bar with all the fixings.   When a client needs a budget-friendly option for food & beverage service, we're the go-to catering team to make it happen.

We set up a cold beverage station with fresh squeezed lemonade, fruit punch and filtered water.   The beverage station stays open for the entire event so that the guests are hydrated throgh the different outdoor activities.

Fun foods add an element of excitement and enjoyment to the picnic, making it a more memorable and enjoyable experience for employees and their families. Fun foods encourage social interaction among attendees and double as their own form of entertainment because people love watching the treats being made. Team Building Field Games for Employees on the Grass at Mile Square Park

​No company picnic would be complete without our field games package. Field day games encourage the employees to work together cooperating and communicating with their colleagues to win the different challenges. 

Our field day games package for company picnics includes our competition zone stage, two prize tables, surround sound speakers, wireless mic, safety flagging and experienced host.  The nice thing about ​Miles Square Regional Park is that it offers a really nice grassy area for our field games spread.  ​

Company Picnic Entertainment at Mile Square Park

In addition to the field day games, this company picnic at Miles Square Park in Fountain Valley featured a large double-lane inflatable slide, providing nonstop fun for both kids and adults. Guests also enjoyed a live caricature artist booth, where they could take home custom-drawn portraits as a unique keepsake from the event.

The Picnic Tables at Mile Square Park Offered Some Comfortable Seating for Attendees

Another nice thing about ​ Mile Square Regional Park  is that there's already picnic tables under a shelter area at the park.  We brought in extra tables with umbrellas for more seating because this was a 300 person event, we needed to make sure that there was ample seating.
