This Memorial Day celebration was for the Southern Highlands Community Association in Las Vegas. The event took place at Stonewater Park in Las Vegas, NV with approx 1,000 people in attendance. We provided all the family-friendly entertainment for this community celebration, everything from our giant rock wall to inflatable slides, obstacle courses, interactive challenges, field games and carnival booths.  Carnival Games and PrizesThis even has a great combination of family-friendly entertainment options, including carnival games. We set up our inflatable carnival booth at this community picnic, complete with 4 games and a prize redemption table for the winners.  The "Wet Zone" Portable Water ParkThe weather of the season allowed for this community to have a portable waterpark inside their event. Our "Get Wet" zone is the best way to cool off in between the other activities at the event. The water park area had something for the age demographics, the big double bay water slide, a smaller kiddie waterslide, the surf slider and water tag arena.  Picnic Food and Beverage ServiceWe provided a picnic buffet and some fun food and beverage booths at this event for approximately a thousand people. The guests enjoyed quintessential Memorial Day picnic foods like hot dogs and hamburgers. There were cold beverages available including lemonade, ice water and iced tea, there was a seperate booth set up for the adult members to purchase cold beer.  We did all the picnic food catering onsite, the aroma from grilling of the hot dogs and hamburgers filled the air.  There was a beverage booth set up with cold non-alcoholic drinks like water, lemonade and ice tea and a fun food booth where members enjoyed popcorn, cookies and chips. We highly reccommend having a fun food and beverage booth at a community picnic of this size because it gives guests something to munch on while they burn energy on the attractions. Water rides especially take a lot of out the guests and having a nearby refuel station like these are a refreshing blessing.  Guests were able to purchase cold beer from our beverage tent at the event.  Extreme Zone Field GamesOne of the things that sets us apart from every company picnic planner is our amazing field day games set up. We have several family-friendly field game compeititions throughout the day where guests compete for prizes in the Extreme Zone. Our professional staff know how to get the party started, keeping guests entertained and engaged.   Inflatable Interactive ChallengesWe brought a variety of interactive challenges to entertain and engage the members of this community. Parents love to take pictures of their kids with their faces painted and full of joy and the children enjoy comparing their favorite characters and images with each other at the event. We zone the entire event to meet the demographics of the guests so that everyone has something to enjoy. Our event staff are trainned to develop a socially-dynamic atmosphere to ensure that all the visitors have a memorable experience at our client's event. This was a corporate event held by the Home Owners Association for the members of their community members. The event took place at the end of May, it was a 4 hour event in the late afternoon-evening.
