The goal is simple: hit as many of your team’s LED lights as possible before they switch — because every light hit is another toy machine fired up. Hit the wrong color, and the point goes to the other elf-in-training.

Santa’s Training Workshop runs on timing, movement, and reaction — a system designed to keep people in motion from start to finish. Guests enter in rounds, race through the maze to find their team’s LED targets, and tap as many as possible before the lights switch. Points are tracked digitally. Each round ends with a clear winner — the elf who earned their place in Santa’s Workshop. The pace stays high, and so does the energy.
Our team runs the full operation from inside the arena:
