For this event in Anaheim, we transformed the warehouse into a High Roller Casino Experience, complete with BBQ catering, seating, sports, and other adult picnic activities for a day of unforgettable fun and excitement for their employees. It's legal for all ages (in case it's a family-friendly affair) and sets up in minutes, unlike traditional casino parties that take hours.

Our games are slightly modified versions of classic casino games, with all the necessary information provided on the punch card. This levels the playing field for all participants at the picnic or party, as everyone starts with the same knowledge and the same amount of chips.

The MEGA Casino is an incredible experience, offering a custom-designed high roller atmosphere that is truly one-of-a-kind. With 40 years in the event production industry, we've crafted a socially explosive entertainment piece that draws people in like a magnet. 

Players receive a punch card that includes a pull ticket for each game station, which can be converted into game chips. This encourages players to try each game. Games like Horse Racing and Craps can sometimes seem intimidating, but the game cards encourage everyone to participate by providing clear instructions.

The punch card addresses any questions about the games, making it easy for everyone to join in, regardless of their casino knowledge. In addition to the cards, we have A-Frame signs set up that also state how to play, how to win, and how to have fun, ensuring an inclusive and engaging experience for all.

One of the things we take great pride in at Interact Event Productions is our BBQ catering service. We offer award-winning, competition-style BBQ, prepared fresh onsite in our state-of-the-art custom portable kitchen, with over 100 menu options to choose from. Our head chef, who has been with us since 1991, personally crafts each recipe and takes immense pride in our food service.

​For an indoor event like this, we used our marquee signs to clearly indicate the locations of the buffet and beverage stations, ensuring smooth traffic flow throughout the warehouse. Outdoors, we utilize our food service booths with flagging to maintain organization. Regardless of the setting, we always prioritize a professional and functional appearance.

Refreshing Drinks: Positioned for Optimal Flow

At our beverage station, we served fresh-squeezed lemonade, sweet tea, and cold filtered water. The station was conveniently located near the buffet but positioned strategically to avoid congestion, ensuring easy access for all guests.

Social Picnic Games: Engaging Everyone in Style

​For more passive activities, we set up our Interactive Social Lounge games, providing a space where adults can enjoy activities like cornhole, jumbo Jenga, shuffleboard, and many others. These games were strategically placed near the tables to ensure easy access while avoiding interference with other activities.

Our 60-inch round tables are perfect for conversation and engagement, seating up to eight people each.
