On Friday, May 16, our team supported the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles at the Ketchum Downtown YMCA on Hope Street for a foster youth partner luncheon focused on youth outreach and community connection. We provided the in-house event support needed to turn the gym into an organized gathering space, including round tables, black linens, white folding chairs, and long service tables for the luncheon area. A Flexible Gym Space Converted for Community Connection

What worked especially well for this event was how the gym space was transformed into a professional, organized environment for conversation, networking, and outreach. Round tables with black linens helped break up the open floor plan into smaller gathering areas while the luncheon service tables created a clean, accessible buffet line along the perimeter of the room. From setup through guest arrival, our crew handled the tables, chairs, linens, and room arrangement in-house, helping the YMCA create a welcoming setting for foster youth partners and community organizations coming together in Downtown Los Angeles.
