Supporting Youth Outreach in Los Angeles – One Table at a Time!

On Friday, May 16th, we supported the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles with a simple setup for their youth outreach luncheon, welcoming foster youth partners to the Ketchum Downtown YMCA on Hope Street. While the event was modest in scope, we brought the same focus and professionalism we deliver at our largest productions.

​For this youth outreach luncheon, we provided a seamless seating solution, including:

• 16 round 60" tables
  
• 16 black linen covers for the round tables

• 5 eight-foot tables with coordinating black linens
  

Every table and chair placement was intentional—spaced to support smooth traffic flow, encourage natural interaction, and complement the room’s aesthetic. At the luncheon, the long black linen tables served as the designated area for the catered lunch, providing an organized and clean space for guests to enjoy their meal. While the food was simple and budget-friendly—featuring items like cookies, fresh fruit, chips, and sandwiches --our tables and linens helped elevate the presentation and create a polished dining experience. These tables were carefully positioned to ensure easy access and a natural flow, allowing guests to relax and connect during their meal.
