​For the Manheim Riverside indoor company picnic, we’re serving a mouthwatering menu featuring our award-winning open flame grilled BBQ chicken 🍗, tender BBQ baby back ribs smoked and sauced 🍖, and hearty 3-bean BBQ baked beans 🥫. Guests will also enjoyed a freshly chopped mixed green garden veggie salad with dressing options 🥗 and an assortment of gourmet cookies 🍪 for a sweet finish. Our delicious offerings were satisfied a variety of tastes and dietary preferences, making sure everyone had a memorable and satisfying meal.

​Our approach to food service sets us apart from other event planning companies. All our food is prepared fresh by our expert team onsite, served in an attractive manner, and with strategic planning to ensure a smooth experience. Friendly servers cut and serve the meat right in front of the guests, while clear signs guide them effortlessly to the buffet and beverage areas. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, and our offerings cater to various dietary needs: our 3-bean baked beans are vegan, and the salad comes with vegan and dairy-free dressing options. We aim to provide a memorable and satisfying meal experience for everyone.

​Beverages are served at our custom beverage bar, featuring sweet tea, filtered water, and freshly squeezed lemonade, all served with ice and plastic cups. To avoid confusion at the tables, we provide a marker at the beverage station so guests can write their names on their glasses.

Picnic Sweet Treats: Gourmet Cookies & Shaved Ice 🍪🍧 

​For those with a sweet tooth, we offered a variety of gourmet cookies alongside some fun treats at our Shaved Ice station, which featured a range of flavored syrups, including some sugar-free options.

​As part of the transformation, we carefully arranged tables and chairs to enhance social interaction and ensure smooth traffic flow. For dining, we utilized 60-inch round tables that seat up to 8 people, complemented by comfortable folding chairs. The round tables encourage conversation by positioning everyone face-to-face. In a separate area, we set up bistro tables, creating a spot for guests to enjoy snacks, chat with colleagues, and watch the various activities around the warehouse.​
