We had the privilege of planning a company picnic at Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park in San Dimas for 200 employees and their families from Adrianna’s Insurance. We delivered a full-service event that featured delicious onsite catering prepared by our award-winning chefs, high-energy picnic challenges, adult games, bouncers for the kids, sports activities, and interactive challenges! There was something for everyone--strategically zoned to engage different age groups and create a socially dynamic atmosphere. We designed the layout to keep everything visually clean, easy to move through, and engaging for all ages—so guests could connect, participate, or just relax without missing a thing.

Every catering station—whether it was the main buffet, beverages, or fun food stations—was set up with the utmost attention to detail. Each area featured branded tents, matching table covers, and clear flagging to ensure smooth navigation and maintain a cohesive look throughout the picnic. Our professional food runners and servers kept everything clean, stocked, and running smoothly, so guests could enjoy a seamless dining experience. The gourmet cookies, freshly prepared Angus Beef Burgers, and fun food like shaved ice and cotton candy were served hot and fresh, prepared right on-site by our expert catering team. All stations were organized for easy access, so guests could quickly grab their meal or treat and return to the fun, without missing a beat.

Main Buffet

​The main buffet was open from 12:00PM to 2:00PM, offering a hearty spread with something for everyone. Guests built their own tacos at a fully stocked taco bar, piled up fresh 1/3 lb Angus Beef Burgers with all the fixings, and grabbed all-beef hot dogs topped with chili and cheese. To round things out, there was an ample supply of assorted chip bags, adding that classic picnic crunch.

Beverage Bar

​From 10:00AM to 5:00PM, our tented beverage bar kept everyone cool and hydrated. Guests could help themselves to lemonade, sweet tea, and filtered water, all served chilled and refreshed throughout the day by our attentive team. A separate station offered ice-cold horchata, which was a huge hit with guests looking for a creamy, cinnamon-spiced treat between games and activities.

​Fun Foods

The fun foods ran from 12:00PM to 5:00PM, and these stations were constantly buzzing. We served shaved ice with a generous assortment of self-serve flavor syrups and fresh-spun cotton candy made right onsite. These nostalgic snacks added an extra pop of fun and color, drawing in both kids and adults. Set up under our coordinated tents with clear signage, these stations were easy to find and kept clean and efficient by our energetic staff.

Our Exclusive Field Day Games Package turned Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park Group Picnic Area 4 into a fully built-out competition zone—complete with custom flagging, surround sound, and a mini stage for announcements and game calls. This section of the park is one of our favorite setups for high-energy team interaction with great open space, shade, and layout options that work well with our full game infrastructure.

With over 50 unique games in our collection, we selected a curated mix of 12–20 games that were just right for the group. From relay races and partner challenges to creative contests with a twist, each game was designed to break the ice and boost morale. Our professional host, Joe Bolin, kept the momentum going on the mic with a fun and engaging style that encouraged high participation without putting anyone on the spot!

​Guests competed for bragging rights and prizes from two stacked prize tables, with our custom backdrop and stage set up for photo ops and award moments. This setup brought structure to the event while still keeping things playful and inclusive—making it easy for coworkers to jump in, root for their teams, and connect in a laid-back but energized environment.

​We set up a designated space for fun adult picnic activities at Bonelli Park, giving grown-up guests a chance to unwind, socialize, and take part in some lighthearted competition. This area was zoned away from the more energetic kids’ attractions and field games, offering a relaxed space where coworkers, spouses, and friends could connect over classic picnic games and enjoy the event at their own pace.

From fast-paced ping pong matches to lowkey cornhole tosses and jumbo Jenga, this zone stayed active throughout the day. The setting was casual but intentional—plenty of shade, comfortable seating, and an open layout encouraged guests to drop in between meals and mingle freely. It created a natural gathering point where people could hang out, laugh, and enjoy a more social, interactive experience without ever feeling rushed.

​Fun Kids Activities For This Bonelli Park Company Picnic

The Sports Bouncer & Slide was the perfect attraction for kids ages 2 to 8. With soft, cushioned surfaces and a manageable slide, it provided a safe and enjoyable space for younger children to bounce and slide to their heart's content. This inflatable setup gave the little ones their own area to have fun and stay active in a comfortable, age-appropriate environment.

For the older kids, the Double Bay Slide and Radical Run Obstacle Course offered more high-energy thrills. The Double Bay Slide featured two side-by-side lanes, allowing kids to race each other down, adding an element of competition and excitement. The Radical Run Obstacle Course was perfect for the more adventurous older children, challenging them to crawl, climb, and navigate a series of obstacles in a fun and safe way.

The Kids Zone had something for everyone, ensuring that kids of all ages could jump, slide, and conquer their way through the activities for a fun and memorable day.

High-Engery ​Outdoor Sports Activities at Bonelli Park Company Picnic

The Sports Zone brought out everyone’s competitive side with high-energy options that encouraged guests to get moving and dive into the action. Positioned on a spacious stretch of grass, it became a favorite hangout for coworkers and families who were ready to jump into some classic outdoor games.

A standout attraction was our inflatable Play-a-Round Golf, a 9-hole miniature golf course that combined fun and friendly competition in the best way. With obstacles and varying levels of difficulty, it kept players of all ages engaged, whether they were chasing a hole-in-one or just out to beat their buddy’s score. It was social, interactive, and a totally different kind of challenge that fit perfectly in this action-packed zone.

In addition to the inflatable 9-hole golf course, the 3-in-1 Sports Trio took center stage, combining soccer, basketball, and football toss into one engaging area. It allowed guests to rotate between different activities, keeping the energy high and the competition fresh. Whether trying for a perfect shot in basketball or a spot-on kick in soccer, this multi-sport setup was ideal for those looking to stay active and enjoy some lighthearted rivalry. The volleyball court and soccer field also proved to be popular, offering plenty of space for teams to form and games to unfold, with guests enjoying the chance to engage in casual matches throughout the day.

Comfortable Seating for a Relaxing Picnic Experience at Bonelli Park

We ensured that the seating for the company picnic was just as thoughtfully designed as the activities, providing comfortable, functional, and stylish arrangements for guests to relax and socialize.

The setup included 60" round tables with custom-fit table covers that complemented the vibrant picnic atmosphere. Each table was paired with 8 folding chairs, providing seating for four couples or eight individuals, ensuring everyone had a comfortable spot to enjoy their meal and engage with others.

To protect guests from the sun and create a more inviting, shaded space, we also provided 9' market umbrellas for each table. These umbrellas were carefully positioned to provide optimal coverage without obstructing the flow of traffic or sightlines to the event’s activities.

The overall seating arrangement was strategically placed to encourage social interaction and keep guests close to the action. Whether enjoying a meal, participating in the games, or just taking a break, our seating was designed to make the entire experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
