They lined up for a shot at our Hoop Shot Duo and UBQB stations, tested their focus and reflexes with the MEGA Wire and Playback Memory Challenge, and raced through our fully immersive inflatable escape room. High-impact visuals were a major feature of this zone, with a dual 75" TV setup mounted on trussing poles and a branded archway that framed the area and gave it a high-profile feel. This section made it easy for older kids and young adults to find their place at the event, stay engaged, and enjoy the full outreach experience.

Comfortable white chairs were placed strategically across the venue to support seating for booths, rest areas, and activity zones. Clear, visible signage was mounted using our tent signage pole kits, with professionally printed signs identifying each tent's sponsor, resource, or activity. Our crew installed powerful 1530w and 450w speakers mounted on scaffolding towers with clean vinyl wraps, ensuring strong, consistent sound with a clean look. Additional XLR cabling supported smooth signal routing throughout the venue. With zero outside vendors needed, our full-service sound solution allowed for clear announcements, background music, and presenter audio—essential for youth outreach events where communication and energy are everything.
