Fun & Affordable Company Picnic Package for ESL in Their Corona Business Parking Lot

We turned ESL Power Systems' business parking lot in Corona into a vibrant carnival-style company picnic, hosting 200 attendees, including employees and their families. The event featured a mix of delicious food, engaging carnival and field games, sports attractions, and fun activities like face painting and balloon twisting. Our all-inclusive package ensured a memorable and affordable experience, with everything from comfortable seating to entertainment all within their parking lot. ​From Parking Lot to Company Picnic! 🪄

​This company picnic in the business parking lot of ESL Power Systems was the perfect way to show appreciation to their employees without spending big corporate event planning prices. This was a very affordable way to have a company picnic because we utilized their existing business space and brought in custom tents, tables, chairs, and interactive entertainment (carnival games, field games without the field, and sports attractions), plus our Fun Zone with airbrush tattoos and caricature artists. We outfitted the parking lot with surround sound speaker clusters for perfect audio coverage and wireless mics for clear announcements and prize giveaways to be heard throughout.

Organizing ESL's Parking Lot Picnic: A Seamless Layout for Unforgettable Fun 🗺️

​The parking lot for ESL is quite long but not necessarily wide. We arranged the picnic so that on the building side, we had our Welcome Zone for guest registration and swag bag distribution. A little further down, we had our Fun Zone, followed by the carnival games, field games zone, and sports. At the end, we had our catering team serving lunch. On the other side, across from the entertainment, we arranged the tables and chairs. This layout made everything accessible and kept everyone included, whether they were dining and socializing at the tables or enjoying the entertainment.

Our goal for any company picnic is to create a socially dynamic and interactive environment that offers the perfect blend of entertainment, ensuring everyone feels included. The activities should also provide the right throughput to keep everyone engaged.  In this picture, you'll see our 3-in-1 Sports Center, which features baseball, soccer, and football activities all in one large unit. It's an affordable way to bring a midway sports carnival-style experience to your event.

For sides, we offered our famous 3-bean BBQ baked beans, fresh fruit salad, and vegetable salad, all prepared and chopped fresh by our catering team.

On the side, we provided a deluxe condiment station, offering fresh veggie toppings and classic condiments like ketchup, mustard, relish, Thousand Island, and mayo.

For dessert, we served sweet and savory funnel cakes topped with strawberries and powdered sugar, along with ice cream novelties.
