Leveling Up a Day of Food, Games, and Fun for 400We had the pleasure of planning a company picnic at Bonelli Park in San Dimas for 400 Newegg guests. Our team fired up the grills for a buffet of smoked tri-tip, Angus burgers, and chili cheese dogs, then packed the afternoon with deluxe field games, a 3-in-1 sports bouncer, and the Ninja Rush Obstacle Course. Along with our Play-a-round golf game and airbrush tattoos, the crowd cooled off under misting fans and lined up for the 360 photo booth. Check out the video below to see how the whole day came together. Getting 500 Guests from the Parking Lot to a Warm Welcome at Bonelli ParkWhen you're planning a company picnic at a park as large as Bonelli, having a clear starting point matters. We set up directional A-frame signs leading guests straight from the parking lot to the welcome and registration area, where they picked up wristbands for food service and a swag bag from Newegg. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Company Picnic Food Service at Bonelli Park for 400Our company picnic food service tents made for an attractive setup — two BBQ Food Service tents, branded and standing side by side, marking the buffet. We ran double-sided buffet lines, so guests could move through from both sides at once. That's fast throughput: we served 400 people in under 30 minutes, because we know how to run company picnic food service at Bonelli Park in a way that has guests actually enjoying the picnic, not standing in line. The Main BuffetWe don't hold back on food for a company picnic, and this menu proves it. Hot dogs and hamburgers are picnic favorites for a reason, and we served them the way a crowd of 500 deserves — one-third pound Angus beef burgers and all-beef hot dogs, both loaded from a deluxe condiment bar. The smoked tri-tip brought an upscale edge to the spread, and classic French fries rounded it out as the side dish that works for everyone. This is premium company picnic food service at Bonelli Park, and every bite delivered.
Beverage BarWe set up the cold beverage station right by the buffet under the pavilion with sweet tea, lemonade, and water. Between the misting fans and the drinks, everyone stayed cool while playing table games and yard games. Fun Food DessertsFor a cool treat during this summertime company picnic, we set up a fun foods station, serving personal-size strawberry funnel cakes dusted in powdered sugar alongside shaved ice.
Team Building Field Games at Bonelli Park No company picnic is complete without our MEGA Field Games, and Newegg's team took every oppurtunity to turn the games into a hilarious, high-stakes tournament. Employees squared off in games like the Ultimate Frisbee Challenge, Spike It, and Pickleball Dink, running close to 20 rounds over three hours as they competed for prizes and bragging rights. Our host kept the energy up throughout, rallying participation and staying comedic on the mic. A deluxe prize package — including barbecue grills — gave everyone a reason to keep competing. Table & Yard Games Round Out the Fun Under the PavilionUnder the pavilion's shade, we set up table and yard games that gave Newegg's picnic a more laid-back, social corner for play. This space is where employees could hang out together, take on a few rounds of different games, and build relationships without needing to be the most athletic person on the field — good for morale, and good for making sure introverts and extroverts both have something to do. This type of gaming area was a great way to round out the entertainment at any company picnic, and that's exactly what we brought to Bonelli Park in San Dimas. Employees Play a 9-Hole Golf Course at their Company PicnicWe brought in our Play-A-Round inflatable golf course, a nine-hole layout where every hole throws a different challenge at you, capped off with a classic windmill hole. Sports-based activities like this are something we like to work into our company picnic entertainment, and this one was a strategic fit for Newegg's crowd — we plan every activity around the age range and demographics of the guest list, not just what sounds fun on paper. Employees ended up playing round after round together, and it turned into one of the most enjoyed pieces of the whole picnic. A Custom-Branded Photo Booth for Newegg's 2026 Company PicnicWe set up our standard photo booth and 360 photo booth bundle side by side, backed by a custom Newegg banner so every shot doubled as a keepsake and a brand moment. Guests posed solo, in pairs, and in full group shots against the 2026 Company Picnic backdrop, giving Newegg's team photos they'll actually want to keep and share. A Bounce House and Obstacle CourseFor ages 2-8, we set up a sports-themed bouncer combo with a bounce house and slide. For the bigger kids, teens, and adults, the Ninja Rush Obstacle Course gave them their own physical challenge to take on. These bright, colorful inflatables added to the overall look of the picnic and tied the whole layout together. Airbrush Tattoos Were a Company Picnic FavoriteUnder a tent from 12 to 3pm, our airbrush artist gave Newegg's team custom tattoos, stencils, and colorful designs picked right off the table. Seating for 400 at Bonelli Park's Picnic TablesBonelli Park's picnic area comes with built-in tables, and we dressed those up with red and white gingham covers for a classic picnic look. But with 400 guests, the park's existing seating wasn't enough on its own, so we brought in table kits — 60-inch round tables, 9-foot market umbrellas, and seating for eight — to fill the gap. We placed them strategically so nobody ended up on the outskirts; everyone stayed close to the food, the entertainment, and each other, whether they were at a park table or one of ours.
