​For Wallner Expac's 65th Anniversary Celebration in Ontario, California,  we took care of every detail in the corporate carnival planning, transforming their company parking lot into an immersive carnival experience. We brought the theme to life with a variety of exciting entertainment, including bounce houses, carnival games, and an airbrush artist creating custom tattoos. A charismatic MC hosted the event, keeping the energy high and engaging guests with jokes, interactive announcements, and prize giveaways for the kids, adding a personal touch to the celebration. Our in-house catering team served a fresh, made-on-site buffet along with fun food stations like shaved ice and popcorn. For this event, we created a variety of custom signage featuring 'Wallner Expac Carnival,' which welcomed guests from the moment they arrived. The event kicked off with a large inflatable entrance arch, leading guests to the Welcome and Guest Registration tent. Here, they received their swag bags, meal tickets, and all the essential event information, setting the tone for a fun and organized carnival experience.

​We offer two custom-designed Event Zones, and for Wallner Expac's 65th Anniversary Celebration, we brought our vibrant blue and red carnival-style theme to life. This cohesive design was used throughout the event, from the food service area and welcome zone to the first aid station and Fun Zone. In the Fun Zone, we featured airbrush artists and fun food stations like shaved ice and popcorn, all set against this dynamic backdrop. ​At Wallner Expac’s 65th Anniversary Corporate Carnival, our food & beverage service was a standout feature that delighted guests throughout the event. We set up attractive food service tents designed to match the carnival theme, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Our Grill to Bun Burger Service featured juicy, freshly grilled 1/3lb Angus beef burgers, served with a build-your-own burger bar that allowed guests to customize their meals with all their favorite toppings. We also served grilled all-beef hot dogs with a full condiment bar, offering a variety of toppings to satisfy every taste. The combination of delicious, freshly prepared food and the vibrant carnival setting made the dining experience both enjoyable and memorable, contributing to the overall fun and festive atmosphere of the celebration. Guests appreciated the variety, quality, and interactive nature of the food service, making it a highlight of the day.

​Midway Fun: Inflatable Games & Classic Skee Ball at Wallner Expac's Carnival 

The Sport Trio (Soccer Kick, Baseball Pitch, Football Toss), Dual Lane Skeeball and the Hoop Shot Dual Lanes were perfect additions to the carnival midway-style environment at Wallner Expac’s 65th Anniversary Celebration. These inflatable games brought an exciting, competitive edge to the event, engaging guests of all ages and adding to the immersive carnival atmosphere. Whether aiming for the soccer goal, pitching a baseball, shooting hoops, or aiming for high points while rolling the ball down the Skee Ball lanes, these attractions provided hours of fun and contributed to the interactive experience that made the event feel like a true carnival midway.

Nearby, the fun food area served up sweet treats like shaved ice in a variety of flavors and freshly popped popcorn, which added to the nostalgic carnival atmosphere.
