We planned a company picnic for VFS Fire & Security at Big League Dreams in Chino Hills, centered around Team-Building Olympic competitions. The event brought together 300 employees, who were divided into teams and competed in various Olympic-style games designed to strengthen team dynamics, improve work relationships, and enhance communication and collaboration skills. From archery and soccer penalty kicks to an intense cup stack competition, each station was crafted to foster collaboration and highlight the strengths of every participant while providing insights into areas for improvement—all in a fun day of interactive experiences.

Company Picnic Olympic Game Packages

Our Olympic team building package is a socially-dynamic, interactive experience, and it includes a range of custom game stations designed to engage and challenge employees. It features a custom Olympic stage backdrop, a three-tier rostrum for award ceremonies with gold, silver, and bronze medals, and experienced, high-energy game leaders who immerse everyone in the fun.

Olympic Compeittion Stations

​Our Olympic Game Stations and Field Games created an exciting and immersive experience for all participants. The Olympic Game Stations offered a diverse range of activities to include all skill sets, from the Tap System table challenge and Dual Lane Skeeball to Ring Toss and Big Bouncy Boxing.  For sports, there was our dual basketball shootout, field goal challenge, UBQB and soccer penalty kick, ensuring there was something for everyone.

The Dunk Tank Made a Huge Splash ​💦🎯

The dunk tank was likely the most exciting challenge at the company picnic because it combined anticipation, participation, and a splash of fun. The thrill of watching colleagues take aim and the suspense before each dunk created a lively atmosphere. It offered an interactive and engaging experience, with even those sitting at the tables able to join in the excitement. The dunk tank had the longest lines, adding a touch of friendly competition and humor. Its standout attraction kept the energy high throughout the event, making it a memorable highlight for everyone.

Olympic Field Game Challenges

In the Olympic Field Game Zone, we flagged off the entire area and set up an impressive Olympic Stage with a three-tier rostrum, surround sound speakers, and a wireless mic. Our high-energy game leaders brought enthusiasm and engagement to every activity, making the competition both thrilling and interactive. This dynamic combination of custom game stations and a well-organized field area provided a high-energy environment that kept the fun and excitement flowing throughout the event.

There are two prize tables on each side of the Olympic stage for participation in the games.

In the Fun Zone

​In the Fun Zone, the picnic featured a mix of interactive activities that provided attendees with memorable take-home experiences. Guests enjoyed activities like face painting, airbrush tattoos, and caricature artists, along with fun foods such as shaved ice, popcorn, and cotton candy. This combination created an immersive atmosphere that was both exciting and memorable, ensuring unforgettable experiences for everyone.

We offer the best event-ready table kits in the industry, featuring 60-inch round tables that are perfect for social interaction, as everyone faces one another. These tables come with custom-fit covers that stay in place, even in the wind, and our 9-foot market umbrellas provide ample shade. We arrange the tables centrally, ensuring that everyone remains engaged with the action whether they are eating or socializing. The setup is strategically spaced for optimal traffic flow and maximum shade coverage, enhancing both comfort and interaction.

​Included in the company picnic package, the Surround Sound Speaker Clusters are strategically placed around the perimeter of the event and throughout the field games. Wireless mics are zoned to reach specific areas or the entire event crowd, ensuring perfect sound permeation and distribution. This setup guarantees a seamless audio experience with clear, high-quality sound for all attendees.
