For the past 20 years, we have had the incredible honor of being the official company picnic planners for the Living Spaces Corporate Picnic at Big League Dreams in West Covina. This year was no exception as we turned two baseball diamonds into a vibrant playground for 2,500 employees and their families. Our expertly crafted zones featured everything from adrenaline-pumping waterslides and interactive games to creative photo booths and gourmet treats, creating an unforgettable day of excitement. Their all-inclusive picnic package focused on high-energy and interactive fun for 2,500 employees and their families. We created a socially dynamic atmosphere that fostered connections, boosted morale and company culture, and enhanced team dynamics. It was a memorable experience for everyone, from the youngest to the oldest. 📋 Complete Event Planning SolutionsAll the assets on the ground in this picture—including rides, inflatables, fun zone activity stations such as photo booths, face painters, airbrush tattoos, and balloon twisting, as well as tables, chairs, umbrellas, tents, catering booths, and beverage stations--are part of our extensive in-house inventory. This vast selection allows us to cater to all aspects of event planning.  Here is the Complete Layout of the PicnicHere's a closer look at layout of this large corporate picnic for Living Spaces, spread across two of the Big League Dreams baseball diamonds. On one diamond, the west side of the picnic, we had our Kids Zone, two Interactive Social Lounges, a Sports Zone, and an Interactive Zone.  In the walk-through space between the two fields, we set up the Water Zone, creating a fun transition area for guests.  On the east side, we continued the interactive activities with an Interactive Zone, followed by the Field Games Zone, and then another Interactive Challenge Zone.  Both sides featured a beverage station with cold drinks and a fun food station offering snacks like popcorn, shaved ice, and cotton candy. There were also tables and chairs with umbrellas for shade, providing comfortable seating for guests. The catering area was conveniently located on the west side of the event.
