The event took place on a Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., accommodating 600 guests. The park’s picnic area provided ample space for all the festivities, with plenty of grassy areas to spread out the inflatables, food & beverage services, and field games.  This all-inclusive company picnic was completely customized to meet the needs of Clayton Homes' guests, taking into account their age demographics, venue size, location, number of attendees, and budget. We ensured that every detail was tailored to create an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.  🛑 Guest Arrival & Welcome ZoneUpon arrival, guests were guided to the picnic area by our custom-printed A-frame signs that directed them to the "Welcome Zone." This area featured our digitally printed welcome booth, where guests were greeted with goodie bags, event details, and information on food service times.  🎡 Layout & Entertainment SetupThe layout of the company picnic area was designed for maximum visibility and functionality, with all entertainment, including inflatables and field games, placed around the perimeter. This setup allowed everyone to see the action, giving the area a dynamic, WOW factor.  In the center, we set up comfortable tables, chairs, and umbrellas, offering shaded seating with a 360-degree view of the entire event, ensuring that guests felt included whether they were socializing or dining.  🎯 Field Games Zone: Team Building Picnic Games for Adults & Kids to Enjoy!For entertainment, we had our Deluxe Field Games package in the designated Field Games Zone, which was clearly marked with safety flagging. This area featured a custom digitally printed stage, an entertainment host, and two prize tables, with a wide variety of team-building games, including many of our unique, custom-designed activities. The interactive and high-energy vibe of the Field Games made this zone the heart of the event—no company picnic is complete without this exciting package.  👶 Kids Zone: Fun for All Children of all AgesFor the younger crowd, we had a Kids Zone with bouncers and play centers for children of all ages, as well as larger, more challenging attractions for older kids and adults to enjoy.  ⚽ Sports Zone: Friendly CompetitionIn the Sports Zone, guests could participate in our 3-in-1 sports center, offering baseball, soccer, and football in one unit, along with our dual hoop shot basketball game—an exciting side-by-side basketball challenge with multiple hoops for added fun.  🧩 Adult Fun Zone: Relaxed SocializingThe Adult Fun Zone provided a more relaxed atmosphere with games like corn hole, jumbo Jenga, shuffleboard and ping pong, offering guests a comfortable space to socialize in a more laid-back setting.  🍽️ Delicious On-Site CateringFor lunch, our catering team prepared a mouthwatering selection on-site, including:
