An all-inclusive celebration produced by Interact Event ProductionsFor another year running, Interact Event Productions was proud to bring our community event planning expertise to the City of Brea's 4th of July Celebration, held at City Hall Park in Brea, California. This year's Country Fair theme brought the community together for a full day of festivities, all delivered through our all-inclusive event package — from the Safari Challenge and Rocky Island obstacle course to a Princess Playcenter, pony and kiddie rides, and a full lineup of yard games including cornhole and Jumbo Jenga. Guests relaxed under market umbrellas at bistro tables and red, white, and blue-covered rounds, with a complete beer garden setup rounding out the day — all built around the City's vision, budget, and timeline. High-Throughput Inflatables & Kiddie RidesWith hundreds of guests moving through City Hall Park throughout the day, we chose high-throughput inflatables for this zone so more kids could play at once instead of waiting in long lines. The scale and color of the attractions helped mark the kids' zone on their own, making it easy to spot from a distance. Everything was laid out to keep the area open and accessible, so parents could stay close to their kids while still feeling like part of the celebration happening around them. Safety flagging around each attraction kept foot traffic flowing smoothly, clearly defined each attraction's space, and kept guests clear of generators and equipment. Padded cushions at every entry and exit point added an extra layer of safety, and our friendly, trained staff were on hand at each ride throughout the day. Attractions featured in this zone: Table & Yard Games for a Laid-Back AtmosphereNot every guest wants to jump, climb, or run an obstacle course, and a big event needs a place for people to slow down too. We brought in a lineup of table and yard games to give guests a laid-back corner of the celebration where they could relax, connect with neighbors, and jump into a quick game without any instruction needed. The table games featured professional, vinyl, digitally printed covers with the rules printed right on the table, so guests of any age could walk up and start playing right away. Games featured in this zone: Outdoor Seating & Bistro Tables, Strategically Placed for Social DynamicsEach 60" round table was surrounded by 8 folding chairs and shaded by a 9' market umbrella, giving guests real relief from the July sun. Round tables work well for a crowd like this — everyone faces each other, which naturally makes it easier to talk and connect rather than sitting side by side. Nearby, the bistro tables with blue spandex covers gave the area a more upscale feel, offering guests a spot to sip a drink, grab a snack, and mingle without needing to commit to a full seat. Seating was placed close to the attractions, so families didn't have to walk far to take a break. Featured in this area:
A Trusted Event Planning Partner for Brea's Community CelebrationsThe City of Brea keeps bringing us back year after year, and it's not just for this event — we've built the kind of relationship where they trust us with their community celebrations because we get the details right every time. As an employee-owned company, everyone on our team is genuinely invested in the sucess of the event, not just showing up to do a job. We own our own equipment across multiple in-house departments, which is how we're able to offer more value for the budget without cutting corners. Entertainment is planned strategically for crowd flow, with high-throughput attractions that keep lines moving and a mix of activities that gives both introverts and extroverts a place to land. Add in trained staff, thoughtful layout, and attention to every small detail, and it's easy to see why the City of Brea trusts us with their most important celebrations, year after year.
