Planning a Casino Night for Pepperdine University’s Pepp Gala Back to Black Late Night Lineup 20264/17/2026
300 college students for the Pepperdine Late Night Lineup event featuring Las Vegas–style casino table games and dealers with no gamblingPlanned in partnership with Pepperdine University’s Late Night Lineup student board, this Friday evening casino night was part of their Pepp Gala “Back to Black,” bringing 300 students together on the Malibu campus for blackjack, roulette, and Texas Hold’em. Six blackjack tables, two roulette tables, and two poker tables were staffed by our dealers, giving students a real casino-style experience without gambling. Our crew handled everything from load-in to breakdown, so the student board could actually be part of the night and enjoy it with everyone else. Pepperdine University’s Late Night Lineup features Game Show Mania in Malibu with 250 students jumping inWe had the opportunity to take over the Pepperdine University amphitheater for their Saturday night student programming with the team behind their Late Night Lineup. With 250 students on campus, Game Show Mania became the center of attention as teams stepped up to the podiums, buzzers lit up, and the game show host ran everything in real time. Rounds moved through music, pop culture, sports, and trivia, giving everyone something they could jump into or react to. The amphitheater gave it a natural stage feel, with students gathering around, cheering, and getting pulled into the action as the night went on. This is exactly the kind of alcohol-free campus event that works—fast-moving, easy to follow, and driven by a host who knows how to run the room. The MEGA Field Games Olympic package was designed to deliver the Winter Olympics as a unified competition experience within a single footprint, using interchangeable activity cavities built around Olympic-style play. Students rotated through archery, axe throw, volleyball spike, pickleball, golf chip, baseball batting, skeet shooting, quarterback toss, strike zone, and soccer kick, collecting bronze, silver, and gold tokens along the way. Scores carried forward into the Crescendo Cup Stack finals, where top competitors advanced to a championship round. Custom closing ceremonies followed, bringing the event to a clear and intentional finish.
