The City of Ontario managed the market vendor area, while our onsite crew delivered the full-service attractions experience, including a turnkey wristband ticketing system that kept lines organized and revenue moving. The warehouse had been transformed for the occasion — tables, décor, holiday touches, and a photo backdrop to capture the day, preserve memories, and make the moment feel special. The afternoon became a long lunch shared together: great food, conversation, connection, and the chance to unwind before heading into the weekend. It was a simple, meaningful way to show appreciation, support morale, and close out the year with something employees could feel good about. The event opened at 9:00am with hot BBQ sliders, mac and cheese, fresh fruit, cookies, and funnel cakes served continuously to keep service lines moving. Balloon twisting, caricatures, and face painting stayed active across the full event window, supporting steady involvement from families. This program was built to match union timelines, budgets, and guest flow. The structure was efficient, affordable, and fully supported by one crew from arrival through teardown. An annual onsite Christmas open house designed for union members and their families, produced at the place of business with full-service catering, interactive holiday games, and large Christmas-themed attractions — all planned around a real budget without sacrificing food quality or guest experience.We have the pleasure of producing the Teamsters Local 1932 annual Christmas open house each year, helping them host a full holiday celebration for approximately 300 union members and their families at their headquarters in San Bernardino, California. By planning the event onsite and remaining flexible with the date and timing, the union is able to create an immersive Christmas experience that stays well within budget while still delivering quality food, engaging holiday-themed entertainment, and a welcoming environment for families. This all-inclusive holiday party included indoor catering, fun foods, a seasonal hot cocoa beverage station, and interactive entertainment designed for both kids and adults. Activities were thoughtfully split between indoor spaces and the parking lot to keep the event flowing smoothly throughout the evening and to make the most of the venue without the added cost of an off-site location.
