Branded, competition-driven challenges designed and operated at Resorts World Las Vegas by Interact Event ProductionsFor the first Dream to Drive tryouts at Fan Prix™, Interact Event Productions delivered custom-designed interactive challenges built specifically for a performance-driven casting environment at Resorts World Las Vegas. While our team did not produce the entire event, we were brought in for a highly specialized role: designing and operating competitive, participant-based entertainment that aligned with the exact focus of the Dream to Drive experience. We have a long-standing relationship with Saleen and Racing Saleen, having produced and supported dozens of events for the brand over the years. Because of that history, our team was trusted to develop challenge concepts that matched the goals of this nationwide search—testing speed, focus, reaction time, and consistency under pressure. Every challenge was custom-branded, purpose-built, and engineered for high-volume participant flow inside a major Las Vegas resort venue. This event recap demonstrates the range, adaptability, and expertise we bring to brand activations, experiential marketing events, and competitive live environments in Las Vegas, using customized entertainment—not off-the-shelf attractions—to meet specific event objectives. A large-scale fall harvest–themed company picnic celebrating 10 years, featuring full-service catering, field games, seasonal décor, and multi-zone entertainment for a 900-guest workforce.Our team had the pleasure of planning a 10-year anniversary fall harvest festival–themed company picnic at Whittier Narrows Recreation Area – The Meadows for JADOL Group, a Huntington Beach–based parent company supporting teams across construction, electrical services, traffic control, and medical staffing. With 900 attendees, this was a true all-inclusive company picnic designed to keep guests moving, engaged, and comfortable throughout the day. The event included full food and beverage service, team building field games, inflatables for kids, sports games for adults, hands-on arts and crafts activities, and a dedicated photo booth—all wrapped in layered fall décor that brought the harvest theme to life. Hay bales, pumpkins, and seasonal accents framed the space, while fun fall food stations added to the overall experience. Hosted during a beautiful November day in South El Monte, the layout allowed families and coworkers to spread out across multiple event zones without losing energy or connection. It was a well-earned day of employee appreciation delivered through thoughtful planning, strong execution, and a setting that matched the season perfectly. Annual high school senior celebration produced inside the gymnasium with obstacle courses and competitive inflatablesThis senior rec night is a tradition we’re proud to produce year after year, giving the graduating class a night that feels earned and well thought out. The school gym becomes a lively indoor gathering space filled with oversized inflatables and obstacle challenges that keep seniors moving, competing, and laughing together. It’s a familiar night on campus that students look forward to and staff trust — at Rowland Heights High School. A full-scale, ticketed fundraiser featuring high school-safe attractions and game booths set up to pull students in, build momentum, and keep the fall carnival energy rolling from start to finish.The Fall Carnival at Fountain Valley High brought together more than 350 students, families, and community members for a nighttime school event built around ticketed attractions and student-focused entertainment. Our role was to supply the high-impact pieces that fit the age group, matched the school’s fundraising goals, and stayed within the budget the committee set. The Zombie Tap Maze became the evening’s main draw, with students looping back for multiple rounds. Hoop Shot Duo and the classic carnival booth created steady activity and easy ticket flow throughout the night. Everything we provided was selected to support a safe, smooth, and engaging fall carnival experience on campus in Fountain Valley, Orange County. |
