We had the privilege of organizing Nucor’s Employee Luncheon at Whittier Narrows Park to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. This all-inclusive event featured delicious food, team-building field games, and fun inflatables for all ages. From the thrilling Rocky Island Obstacle Course to interactive stations like Soccer Darts and airbrush art, there was something for everyone. The Adult Picnic Zone added extra fun with games like air hockey, foosball, and giant Jenga. We also provided essential amenities like tables, chairs, sound systems, and cooling stations to ensure a smooth, memorable day of celebration and team bonding under the Los Angeles sun. From start to finish, we handled every aspect of the event, including delicious catering with grilled Angus burgers and all-beef hot dogs, along with fun food stations like shaved ice and strawberry funnel cakes. Guests enjoyed a wide range of interactive entertainment, from the Deluxe Field Games package and inflatable obstacle courses to the Selfie Station Photobooth. Our satellite beverage stations ensured everyone stayed refreshed throughout the day. With 40 years of experience, we transformed the park into a lively event space, offering seamless coordination, top-notch equipment, and a high-energy atmosphere that brought everyone together. Our attention to detail and commitment to delivering more value for the budget made this company picnic a memorable and stress-free event for everyone involved. At Brookside Park in Pasadena, we provided a complete entertainment package for The Children's Dental Fun Zone, featuring a custom field day games setup with over 30 activities, a stage, sound system, wireless mic, and an engaging game leader. We also included a bounce house-slide combo and a Dual Hoop Shot Basketball Challenge. With two prize tables and everything designed for team building and fun, 300 guests enjoyed an interactive, morale-boosting day. Every year, we have the privilege of handling company picnic and health fair planning at Whittier Narrows in South El Monte for the Local SEIU 721, welcoming 1,250 union members and their families. We provide everything from delicious on-site catering to a wide range of entertainment, including inflatables, carnival games, and a fun zone for all ages. Additionally, we organize a health fair vendor area, creating a welcoming space for members to engage with health and wellness providers. It’s an event we look forward to every year, ensuring a fun and meaningful experience for everyone. Route 66 Cruisin' Reunion 🚗 is a family-friendly community event located on historic Route 66, specifically on Euclid Ave, in the downtown streets near Ontario Town Square in Ontario, California. Every year, we have the privilege of assisting the city by providing rides & attractions, pay-to-play ticket services, tables, chairs, and various event entertainment and equipment for the community carnival. Vendors and entertainers line the streets, creating a vibrant, interactive atmosphere leading to the car show. For this event, we transformed a business parking lot into an interactive team-building event, complete with interactive activities and a catered dinner for Fluor employees. From fun games like mini golf, cornhole, and a dunk tank to a delicious BBQ menu, we created a relaxed, yet energizing atmosphere that encouraged teamwork and boosted morale. All tables, chairs, and equipment were included in our all-inclusive package, providing a seamless and memorable experience right in their own parking lot. We had the privilege of putting together a very affordable company picnic package at El Dorado Park in Long Beach for WATG that included our award-winning onsite catering with Angus burgers and all-beef hot dogs, team-building field games led by our high-energy game leader, and fun activities like a bounce house for the kids, along with cornhole and ping pong for the adults. Guests were greeted at our custom Welcome Zone with goodie bags, setting the stage for an interactive and enjoyable day.
