Leveling Up a Day of Food, Games, and Fun for 400We had the pleasure of planning a company picnic at Bonelli Park in San Dimas for 400 Newegg guests. Our team fired up the grills for a buffet of smoked tri-tip, Angus burgers, and chili cheese dogs, then packed the afternoon with deluxe field games, a 3-in-1 sports bouncer, and the Ninja Rush Obstacle Course. Along with our Play-a-round golf game and airbrush tattoos, the crowd cooled off under misting fans and lined up for the 360 photo booth. Check out the video below to see how the whole day came together. Connecting 300 Employees Through Team Building & BBQ When Cordis asked us to plan a company picnic for 300 employees in their Irvine parking lot, we knew exactly how to deliver. Their all-inclusive package covered both the food and the entertainment, pairing a live-grill buffet with field games, sports challenges, and classic yard and table game matches so every guest had something to enjoy. Because Irvine is a booming commercial hub, we specialize in turning ordinary parking lots into exceptional picnic venues. This strategy cut venue costs for Cordis entirely, allowing them to reinvest that budget directly into better food, more activities, and employee incentives. "Drawing" Teams Closer Together Through a Custom Game ShowWhiteboards lined the stage of a private residence in San Diego as Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior teams from Santa Fe Christian's football program took their marks for a night of custom Pictionary. Roughly 100 parents, players, and family members filled the seating under the evening lights, ready to cheer on their favorite class as the teams sketched their way through round after round. The energy carried through group rounds, individual rounds, and timed rounds alike, each one building toward a championship showdown between the classes. The result was a team building game show event built specifically for a football program looking to rally spirit before the season ahead. Company Picnic Planning for 150 Guests at Bolsa Chica State BeachWe had the pleasure of planning a company picnic at Bolsa Chica State Beach for WATG, gathering 150 guests for an oceanfront afternoon of food, games, and beach views in Huntington Beach. Our team set up a comfortable home base at the shaded picnic shelters along the sand dunes, keeping the ocean in full view. To keep everyone energized and refreshed, we provided full food and beverage service throughout the day. This fueled the group for a lively afternoon of Olympic-style field games, including three-legged races, chicken grab, and cup stacking. Guests also enjoyed classic carnival booths like bottle ringer, shuffle bowling, and tic-tac-toe. The afternoon wrapped up on a relaxed note, with ice cream novelties on the sand as the waves rolled in just beyond the boardwalk. Crown Point sits right on the water in Mission Bay Park, San Diego, and it made for one of our favorite company picnic planning projects yet. We planned the day for 150 guests — Opsam employees and their families — filled with team games, great food, and ocean views across the bay. Field games brought the team-building energy with prize incentives on the line, while a passive entertainment area kept things easy with table games and yard games. A sports challenge trio of soccer, football, and baseball rounded out the competition, and kids had their own waterfront space to play in an inflatable ocean-themed playcenter. For the VIP crowd, an owners' lounge and outdoor seating offered a relaxed spot to take in the bay views. Rallying Team Spirit Before the First PitchWe were tasked with planning a corporate tailgater party at Elysian Park in Los Angeles for 420 Glovis America employees and family, just steps from Dodger Stadium. This was a pre-game warm-up filled with smoked baby back ribs, tri-tip, and open flame grilled chicken, along with vegan burgers and stuffed bell peppers for the plant-based crowd, plus baseball activities and interactive games to rally team spirit and show appreciation before the walk to the stadium. From quiet games to high-adrenaline challenges, there was something for introverts and extroverts alike to enjoy together as a team. Our all-inclusive package handled every detail, from catering and outdoor seating to sound, guest registration, parking, and permits, so Glovis could enjoy the day and head to the game without a worry. Casino Tables Meet Wild West Attractions at this OK Corral PicnicWe had the honor of planning a western rodeo casino company picnic for ASC Process Systems, bringing 500 guests to Blomgren Ranch in Santa Clarita for a day rooted in the spirit of the Old West. Guests traded office badges for cowboy hats and spent the afternoon moving between blackjack tables, roulette wheels, and craps games set up in the western area, then out to rodeo-style attractions like the Log Jammer, Western Shoot Out, and axe throwing. Shaved ice and strawberry funnel cakes kept everyone fueled between rounds, and round tables scattered across the ranch gave guests a place to sit, eat, and talk between games. |
