We planned a company picnic for VFS Fire & Security at Big League Dreams in Chino Hills, centered around Team-Building Olympic competitions. The event brought together 300 employees, who were divided into teams and competed in various Olympic-style games designed to strengthen team dynamics, improve work relationships, and enhance communication and collaboration skills. From archery and soccer penalty kicks to an intense cup stack competition, each station was crafted to foster collaboration and highlight the strengths of every participant while providing insights into areas for improvement—all in a fun day of interactive experiences. As an approved school event vendor, we were tasked with transforming the gym at Rowland High into an interactive play zone for 300 students to celebrate Back to School Night. The event featured our Safari Challenge, a dual-lane inflatable obstacle course with crawl-through tunnels, pop-ups, squeeze plays, climbing walls, and a double bay slide for increased throughput and fun. The entertainment options were perfectly suited for the high school age group, ensuring a night of immersive and interactive excitement for all. We crafted an unforgettable company picnic at Don Knabe Park for for Knighted Venture, complete with a mix of high-energy field games, an exciting obstacle course, and a bouncer for the kids. Our interactive social lounge offered relaxed games like jumbo Jenga and shuffleboard, while our economy catering package delivered crowd-pleasing meals with 100% beef hot dogs, Angus burgers, and a fresh taco station, ensuring something for everyone. The result was a well-rounded event filled with fun, food, and memorable experiences for all 300 guests! We had the privilege of handling the company picnic planning at Exposition Park in Los Angeles for AHF, creating an all-inclusive experience that celebrated their employees. We provided our award-winning BBQ catering, our exclusive MEGA Casino, and a range of carnival games, interactive field games, rides, and attractions. With 700 guests, we meticulously crafted every detail—from custom event zones to seamless logistics—to deliver a socially-dynamic, high-energy event that left everyone with unforgettable memories. We turned ESL Power Systems' business parking lot in Corona into a vibrant carnival-style company picnic, hosting 200 attendees, including employees and their families. The event featured a mix of delicious food, engaging carnival and field games, sports attractions, and fun activities like face painting and balloon twisting. Our all-inclusive package ensured a memorable and affordable experience, with everything from comfortable seating to entertainment all within their parking lot. Our exclusive High Roller MEGA Casino and MEGA Bingo were the stars of the show, bringing high-energy entertainment to the event. Guests enjoyed a catered BBQ lunch with our award-winning ribs and BBQ chicken. The afternoon was filled with dynamic fun and excitement as we transformed the warehouse into an extraordinary corporate party venue. For the Kids Olympics at Hillcrest Country Club in Los Angeles, we brought our Olympic Field Games Package to life. The day was filled with high-energy competitions, including custom sports and field games tailored to the venue and age group. Our vibrant, comical host led the events, ensuring the kids had an unforgettable experience. The Olympic field game package included a custom backdrop, a 3-tiered rostrum, and a prize station for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal winners. To keep everything running smoothly, we used safety flagging, surround sound, and a wireless mic to ensure every moment was heard and celebrated by all. At BreaFest 2024 in Brea, California, we brought our award-winning BBQ catering and introduced our eye-catching carnival funnel cakes booth, serving fresh-made funnel cakes topped with powdered sugar and strawberries. We also featured our Fresh Fire-Roasted Corn, complete with a condiment bar offering classic toppings like butter, salt & pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, and tangy red chili powder.
