We Paved the Way for Fun Planning EDC Elliott Drinkward Concrete's 100-Guest Company PicnicWhen EDC Elliott Drinkward Concrete came to us for company picnic planning at Mile Square Regional Park in Fountain Valley, we got to work laying the foundation for a successful and memorable first annual picnic, held at Picnic Area #4. Our all-inclusive package covered the catering and team building activities for 100 employees and their families, all set and ready to go. Everyone could grab a "slab" of delicious food — burgers, grilled chicken, and plenty of sides to load their plates. At the heart of it all, our field games gave the team a chance to cement their bond together, mixing business with pleasure one round at a time. Food, fun, and a whole lot of team building came together for a smooth finish to the day. We handled company picnic catering in Long Beach for US Skilled Serve, serving 500 guests at El Dorado East Regional Park on a sunny July afternoon. As their event planning partner, our team set up food stations across the park grounds and kept the menu moving from burgers off the grill to funnel cakes dusted in powdered sugar. Long Beach company picnics call for food that holds up outdoors and serves fast, and that's exactly what we delivered at El Dorado East Regional Park. From the first plate to the last, this US Skilled Serve picnic ran on real food, done right. All-Inclusive Package with Catering, Entertainment, and Seating at Brookside ParkWe were happily tasked with planning HNTB Corporation's annual company picnic for the second year in a row at Brookside Park in Pasadena, where 200 employees and their families spent the afternoon together. Smoked tri-tip and burgers off the grill, shaved ice kept everyone cool, and the field games got friendly and competitive fast once prizes were on the line. Between the sports activities and carnival games, we strategically planned something for every guest. We brought great food, real fun, comfortable seating, and an atmosphere that made employees feel connected and appreciated, sending everyone home with memories to last a lifetime. Giving the Families of the Eaton Fire a Moment of Relief at Jackie Robinson Memorial FieldWe had the pleasure of planning Dena Day: Pass It Forward, a community outreach event for the Pasadena-Sierra Madre YMCA at Jackie Robinson Memorial Field in Pasadena. For this event, we brought sports challenges, yard games, and table games, giving families who lost so much in the Eaton Fire a day away from the weight they've been carrying. NFL quarterbacks C.J. Stroud and Bryce Young also joined the day, spending time with attendees and helping recognize local first responders for their work during the fire. Families left with backpacks, school supplies, fresh food, and free YMCA memberships to help carry them into the next chapter of recovery. Everything a Community Celebration Needs, Delivered as One PackageEvery year, our team handles the community event planning for the City of Ontario's 4th of July Celebration at West Wind Park, and 2026 was no exception. Families filled the field for an evening of inflatable games, obstacle courses, and larger than life slides, all staffed by our own trained operators from open to close. An airbrush artist added red, white, and blue flair to faces and shirts, while the Fun Shack tent kept a steady line of kids trading in for glow gear and balloon swords well after sunset. It shows in the games, the energy, and the small details most guests never think twice about because everything simply worked. Here's a closer look at what we brought to life for the City of Ontario this year. An all-inclusive celebration produced by Interact Event ProductionsFor another year running, Interact Event Productions was proud to bring our community event planning expertise to the City of Brea's 4th of July Celebration, held at City Hall Park in Brea, California. This year's Country Fair theme brought the community together for a full day of festivities, all delivered through our all-inclusive event package — from the Safari Challenge and Rocky Island obstacle course to a Princess Playcenter, pony and kiddie rides, and a full lineup of yard games including cornhole and Jumbo Jenga. Guests relaxed under market umbrellas at bistro tables and red, white, and blue-covered rounds, with a complete beer garden setup rounding out the day — all built around the City's vision, budget, and timeline. Nine interactive games, one 30-foot rock wall, and four hours of kids too busy having fun to notice the sun going down and the fireworks about to start.Every Fourth of July, Memorial Park fills up fast — blankets on the grass, kids sprinting between games, music drifting across the park as families start staking out their spots. For the third year running, the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles has trusted us with community picnic planning in Sierra Madre, building and running the Kids Activity Zone as part of a full turnkey package for their event. This year, 400 kids found their way to a lineup of nine interactive games — Tic Tac Toe Basketball, Field Goal Kick, Batter's Up, Hoop Shot Duo, Ring Toss, a Tic Tac Toe and Connect 4 combo, and more — keeping a steady current of laughter going from five o'clock straight through to dark. Our 30-foot rock wall towered over the far end of the setup, drawing a line of climbers all evening long. We powered the whole thing with two generators and kept the energy up with a live MC. Every game, every generator, every minute of setup was planned by our team — so that for four hours straight, the only thing on anyone's mind was who'd win the next round of Tic Tac Toe. |
