It was a fantastic day where 315 employees dove into everything from team building field games and competitive sports tournaments like volleyball and kickball, to relaxing with table games, getting creative at the airbrush artist station, and joining in for a round of Mega Bingo. We even made sure the kids had a blast on the Pacific Combo playcenter. Strategic planning is at the heart of what we do. We put together an all-inclusive event package that ensured every single guest had something to do, regardless of their pace. We created a balance between the thrill of active, tournament-style play and plenty of passive entertainment for those who prefer a more laid-back vibe. Every logistical detail was handled by our team, so Whittier Trust could focus entirely on connecting and having a great time with their team. We put together a complete, turnkey company picnic package that delivered MEGA results. The event featured an indulgent, build-your-own nacho bar, our MEGA High Roller Casino, and MEGA Field Games for team building, morale boosting, prizes, and friendly competition. We provided sports—baseball, soccer, football, and golf—alongside an Interactive Game Zone filled with table and yard games for those who are not so extroverted. We strategically plan events because we know it is not about the assets on the ground, but the take-home memories and connections being made that define a successful company culture. Step right up — inflatables, carnival games, a caricature artist, and enough BBQ to feed 1,500 guests, all in one afternoon.For Morongo Casino Resort's SummerFest 2026, we had the pleasure of planning their annual picnic again — this time with a carnival theme for 1,500 guests at Yucaipa Regional Park. Our team put together an all-inclusive company picnic package that left no detail untouched, from the freshly prepared barbecue catering and buffet service to carnival games and attractions, themed team-building field games, yard games, and table games. It was fully interactive and immersive from start to finish. From parking and registration to catering, carnival attractions, Big Top field games, and fun foods, our team planned and produced this all-inclusive company picnic at Whittier Narrows Recreation Area for more than 1,050 guests.We had the privilege of planning a company picnic for Keurig Dr Pepper at Whittier Narrows Recreation Area in South El Monte. Built around a classic Big Top carnival theme, guests were welcomed into an event that captured the look and feel of a traditional midway from the moment they arrived. From check-in and catering to the entertainment, attractions, and adult game area, the theme carried throughout the event. With more than 1,050 employees and family members in attendance, there was something for every age group, from carnival-themed inflatables for younger guests to larger attractions, field games, and our Adult Fun Zone under the Big Top. The result was a company picnic that felt like a day at the fairgrounds. |
