While lineworkers and apprentices put their skills to the test during the annual rodeo competition, our team planned a full day of attractions, field games, obstacle courses, and interactive entertainment for 3,000 members of the community. For more than 15 years, Southern California Edison has trusted our team to help bring the Lineman’s Rodeo to life at Prado Regional Park in Chino, California. As the event has grown into a 3,000-person community event, the entertainment experience has grown with it, giving families, coworkers, lineworkers, apprentices, and community members more ways to enjoy the day between the rodeo competitions. For 2026, our team planned a custom mix of field games, obstacle courses, interactive attractions, teen activities, and family entertainment designed around the age range, crowd size, event flow, and throughput needed for a day of this magnitude. Employee Family Company Picnic Planning at El Segundo Recreation Park: Celebrating the HSF 2026 Crew5/30/2026
For 200 HSF employees and their families, we planned an all-inclusive company picnic featuring BBQ catering, family activities, and plenty of space to enjoy an afternoon at the park. There is no greater honor than being brought back to plan another year of the HSF company picnic at El Segundo Recreation Park in El Segundo, California. With 200 attendees, we planned a delicious catering package with a two-sided buffet line for quick throughput, comfortable outdoor seating, staffing, sound, and plenty of activities, including our MEGA Field Games package, the cornerstone of every company picnic because it adds the team building piece that gets employees connecting, working together, and competing for a common goal. We are grateful HSF brought us back for another year and look forward to next year’s company picnic with them. A behind-the-scenes look at an all-in-one event production that combined premium food, live entertainment, and zero stress for the client. When you have a dedicated team of 750 people who spend their days supporting the community, throwing them an unforgettable staff appreciation picnic isn't just a goal—it’s a mission. That’s exactly what we set out to do at Central Park in Santa Clarita for the incredible team at the North Los Angeles County Regional Center. The real test? A razor-thin, two-hour setup window to transform an empty park field into a massive festival of food and fun. Because we handle 100% of our production, catering, and entertainment completely in-house, our crew hit the ground running at 6:00 AM sharp. By the time the gates opened at 8:30 AM, a turnkey paradise of custom-shaded lounges, high-flow BBQ lines, and interactive game zones was ready to rock. |
