We brought our full-service company picnic planning to El Segundo Recreation Park for a 300-guest event with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF), and it couldn’t have been a better fit. El Segundo Recreation Park, right here in El Segundo, CA, is one of our favorite parks in Los Angeles County for corporate events. We have produced this end-of-year school event for many years, so the staff already knows what our team brings: safe school entertainment, organized event planning, age-appropriate field games, and a full in-house crew that knows how to make the day run. This year had an extra highlight because it was the debut of our new inflatable MEGA Field Games package, and the student feedback said it all: “Better than Disneyland.” They had just visited Disneyland two days before, which made that reaction even better. A focused youth outreach event in Downtown Los Angeles supported by our in-house team with organized seating, black linen-covered tables, and dependable event support for one of our longtime community partners.On Friday, May 16, our team supported the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles at the Ketchum Downtown YMCA on Hope Street for a foster youth partner luncheon focused on youth outreach and community connection. We provided the in-house event support needed to turn the gym into an organized gathering space, including round tables, black linens, white folding chairs, and long service tables for the luncheon area. It shows why longtime partners like the YMCA call us when they need a dependable team with the inventory, staffing, and experience to make an event work within the space, timeline, and budget. On Thursday, May 15, we handled corporate luncheon catering for 100 SEIU members at Civic Center Plaza in Santa Ana. Organized during contract negotiations, this mid-week event had a tight two-hour window—just enough time to deliver a full-service lunch that felt both fast and thoughtful. We brought in a compact setup built for outdoor efficiency: a tented taco bar with everything grilled onsite, a dedicated beverage station, and shaded outdoor seating dressed in SEIU’s signature purple linens. It was exactly the kind of event we’re known for—quick, organized, and packed with flavor. When Grupo Chilero (Chef Merito Seasonings) asked us to produce their first-ever company picnic for 350 employees and their families, we delivered a full-service experience that brought together great food, interactive entertainment, and thoughtful planning. Hosted at Whittier Narrows Recreation Area, this event had everything: smoked tri-tip and grilled BBQ chicken served fresh on-site, a high-energy field day games zone, inflatable attractions for kids and adults, and plenty of shaded seating to keep guests comfortable all day long. As a primarily Spanish-speaking team of culinary professionals, this crowd knows flavor — so when they raved about the catering, we knew we hit the mark.
