A winter-themed Olympic competition produced as part of Pepperdine’s Late Night Lineup to bring students together ahead of the 2026 Milan–Cortina Winter Games. This Winter Olympics event planning in Malibu at Pepperdine University was produced for Winter Olympic Night on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm as part of The Board’s Late Night Lineup programming. The goal of the event was to give Seaver College students a high-energy, in-person way to celebrate the upcoming 2026 Milan–Cortina Winter Olympics before the Opening Ceremonies on February 6. The MEGA Field Games Olympic package was designed to deliver the Winter Olympics as a unified competition experience within a single footprint, using interchangeable activity cavities built around Olympic-style play. Students rotated through archery, axe throw, volleyball spike, pickleball, golf chip, baseball batting, skeet shooting, quarterback toss, strike zone, and soccer kick, collecting bronze, silver, and gold tokens along the way. Scores carried forward into the Crescendo Cup Stack finals, where top competitors advanced to a championship round. Custom closing ceremonies followed, bringing the event to a clear and intentional finish.
A late-night Casino Night for Pepperdine University students in Malibu featuring MEGA Casino Games, Black Jack to Roulette, with all play based on prizes and bragging rightsWe had the pleasure of planning a Monte Carlo–themed Casino Night for the college students of Pepperdine University in Malibu on Saturday, January 24, 2026. This evening casino night ran from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM as part of late-night student programming and featured our exclusive MEGA High Roller Casino—an oversized casino experience built with MEGA cards, MEGA dice, and MEGA fun for everyone at this school event. Firmwide corporate team building event in Los Angeles hosted inside a hotel ballroom, featuring carnival-style games, an indoor escape room experience, and fun food stations designed for professional service teamsMore than 200 tax and accounting professionals traveled from across the country to Los Angeles for a firmwide week kickoff focused on connection, culture, and in-person collaboration. Hosted inside the hotel ballroom at the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles, this indoor corporate team building event ran from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, creating a dedicated block of time for teams to step away from meetings and engage with one another in a relaxed but purposeful environment. The event was designed specifically for a professional, left-brain audience, with entertainment and experiences selected to encourage conversation, light competition, and shared problem-solving without overpowering the tone of a corporate kickoff. Carnival-style team building games, a portable indoor escape room, and classic fun food stations were arranged throughout the ballroom to allow guests to move at their own pace while naturally interacting with colleagues from different offices and departments. Every element of the experience was customized to align with the demographics of a professional services firm, the indoor hotel ballroom setting, and the goals of a firmwide gathering. By keeping the event structured, approachable, and easy to participate in, the team building program supported meaningful connections and set the tone for a productive week ahead for GHJ Advisors. |
