The aroma of fried dough and strawberries drifted through the amphitheater as our state-fair-style Funnel Cake Booth came alive. Designed in bright white and bold red stripes with oversized graphics and the words FUNNEL CAKES splashed across the top, the booth felt like it had been lifted straight from a county fair.

Guests lined up all night for freshly made strawberry funnel cakes, served hot and dusted with powdered sugar. The booth’s bright lights, color, and motion created its own attraction inside the event — a perfect balance of nostalgia and showmanship.

This dessert activation isn’t something off a shelf. It’s built, staffed, and operated by our team, complete with themed décor, food-safe prep stations, and efficient service to keep lines short and energy high. The Pumpkin Painting Station became a favorite right away. We stocked the tables with brushes, paints, and pre-cleaned pumpkins so families could sit together and create their own keepsakes. By the end of the evening, the tables were full of color and everyone left carrying something they made themselves.

Our Trunk or Treat zone kept the fall theme alive and added another level of fun. Our team turned each trunk into a display of lights, candy, and color, keeping the line moving and the atmosphere light.
